My last Samsung laptop lasted 7 years and it was seriously time for an upgrade. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the screen broke very easily.

It worked well and had a lot of storage; however, the connectivity to wifi was terrible. I would take my computer twenty feet from the router, and I couldn't even use Zoom without sitting next to my router. I bought a Lenovo Yoga, and the wifi is excellent, so it cannot be blamed on my wifi at my apartment. I also found it lagging A LOT. I would open up Word or my school's platform, and it would take two to five minutes, depending on how it was feeling that day.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your PC for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The first thing to do when you are having difficulty connecting to the internet is make sure your modem and router are working properly. Reset your modem and router according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Then check out, "Samsung PC will not connect the internet" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your connectivity. Also take a look at, "Samsung PC runs slowly or freezes" to address the lagging you have referred to be occurring.
