We appreciate your candor as we continue to improve the performance and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You can adjust the resolution on your PC by: 1. Select the Start icon → All → Screen Recorder. The screen recorder toolbar will appear on the top of the screen. 2. Select the Settings icon. The Settings window will appear. 3. Select Video and select the resolution you want under Video resolution. You can set the video resolution only when recording in full screen mode. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I recommend reaching out to Support for further assistance with troubleshooting your device. I went to best buy to change the PC and they told me that the screen had cracked. It's frustrating because they didn't replace my PC because supposedly the screen had cracked and that wasn't covered by the warranty. They told me that they had to send it to be checked with Geek Squad and I had to pay 100 dollars for the PC check. I think the PC screen is of poor quality and I find it frustrating that I have to pay for a PC checkup. This was 15 days after I bought it and Best Buy had not changed my PC. Very frustrating!
