Exceeded my expectations. My husband purchased the Galaxy Book 3 about 6 months ago and when I used it I knew I wanted one. I waited for the Book 4 to come out and I am glad I did. This is a great laptop. It boots so quickly. It runs so smoothly. It has great screen resolution. I love the touch screen as well, it is so convenient. This laptop feels so solid land feels good while carrying it in the hand. No doubt it is the nicest laptop I have used or owned. This is a great product. We love Samsung products and this laptop has not disappointed at all. This was an excellent investment,

This laptop is primarily a secondary computer for work. It is incredibly fast, very sturdy and the build quality is great. The one downside to this laptop is the memory is not expandable, so what you get upon purchase is all you'll get. Favorite aspects of the Book4 360 is the footprint, weight, build quality and the screen that is incredibly clear, limits the glare and is easy on the eyes.

I have never had a Samsung laptop ever. I got it because I wanted something with a better battery life. I have a Samsung tablet and phone so thought to maybe give laptop a try. It is an amazing quality. The screen quality is sooooo nice. I'm not like some tech person but touchscreen is very responsive and I love the fingerprint option. It's 15.6 but feels more compact without sacrificing the screen size. I love it and glad I took the plunge.

So far very happy with my purchase. Super nice display and fast processor. I also love the syncing feature with my other Galaxy devices. Plus, I got it on sale.

I bought this laptop about two months ago, and I'm so happy I did. It works perfectly. And the one little problem I had I called Samsung and the customer service was some of the best I've ever encountered. They had the problem fixed within a few minutes and even offered that if I wasn't satisfied with the fix that I could send in my laptop free of charge and they would ethier repair or replace it. Samsung Galaxy Book 4 laptop was easy to set up. My files and saved favorites all transferred from my prior Samsung laptop. The laptop has a similar screen size as my prior laptop but is significantly lighter. Fast charging. Good graphics and speed.

Purchased this laptop in preparation for starting my masters program, it has excellent screen quality, I love the light up keyboard for when I'm working at night and how easy it is to manage multiple screens at a time. It is everything I was looking for in a laptop.

This is for personal and home office use. Its perfect for travel and medium home use. I use it in 2 houses as my main computer for work. I work with video conference daily and this is perfect. I plan to buy another for travel. Its light, and the key board is lighted and full size

I absolutley love the 360 capabilities. I set it on a stand and it allows me to use a wireless keyboard for a "desktop" set up when needed. The screen is very responsive and it is so thin and lighweight it is easy to take anywhere with me. I have already recommened this to several others.

When my 5-year-old Macbook Pro finally quit on me, I wanted to try something else because they decided to stop supporting "older" machines when rolling out software updates. The last few years I had that laptop, I had issue after issue- apps won't download, not compatible with old iOS; system getting slow even with a surplus of storage space left. I rely heavily on a good, quick laptop for school, and I decided to take a chance on this one since I liked my Samsung Galaxy phone. This thing is amazing for school! With a Galaxy Pen (I think that's what it's called) you can take quick notes on the screen without having to keep pages organized. I love using it as a scratchpad or for little drawings to help me study. Also, I'm not going to lie, I dropped the thing off a small table once, and despite others' experiences, mine was thankfully totally fine. Just treat it gently (like any device), buy a case when it's not in use, and it will be a great laptop. I'd bet it's nice for art and graphic design, too, though I haven't tried that yet. Literally the only (minor) complaint I have is that I'll sometimes accidentally close things when I'm trying to adjust the angle of the screen, due to the touchscreen.

I love everything about this laptop. The speed and the ease of using it. It was perfect for the new online work i do.

These systems have the Wacom EMR digitizer, which is the gold standard for stylus input. The low power CPU gives good battery life, and I love the "Quite Mode" option. The 0.5 TB SSD is way too small but you can open it (which is not particularly easy) and upgrade to any single-sided SSD you like.

I bought this as an Open Box item and the item that was listed in "Good Condition" was like brand new! It is working great and I'm very happy with it for the price. It was missing the factory packaging, documentation and power supply but I'm not missing those things.

I love this laptop been having it for sometime now. I use it for everything primarily for college and it runs very smooth and no regrets here.
