The Samsung Galaxy Book4 is a great computer with a crisp clean display and quick processing speed. I live the weight and mobility of it. Definitely a winner in my book.

Samsung Galaxy Book 4 laptop was easy to set up. My files and saved favorites all transferred from my prior Samsung laptop. The laptop has a similar screen size as my prior laptop but is significantly lighter. Fast charging. Good graphics and speed.

Exceeded my expectations. My husband purchased the Galaxy Book 3 about 6 months ago and when I used it I knew I wanted one. I waited for the Book 4 to come out and I am glad I did. This is a great laptop. It boots so quickly. It runs so smoothly. It has great screen resolution. I love the touch screen as well, it is so convenient. This laptop feels so solid land feels good while carrying it in the hand. No doubt it is the nicest laptop I have used or owned. This is a great product. I bought this laptop about two months ago, and I'm so happy I did. It works perfectly. And the one little problem I had I called Samsung and the customer service was some of the best I've ever encountered. They had the problem fixed within a few minutes and even offered that if I wasn't satisfied with the fix that I could send in my laptop free of charge and they would ethier repair or replace it. Amazing laptop if you can get it on sale

I have never had a Samsung laptop ever. I got it because I wanted something with a better battery life. I have a Samsung tablet and phone so thought to maybe give laptop a try. It is an amazing quality. The screen quality is sooooo nice. I'm not like some tech person but touchscreen is very responsive and I love the fingerprint option. It's 15.6 but feels more compact without sacrificing the screen size. I love it and glad I took the plunge.

Purchased this laptop in preparation for starting my masters program, it has excellent screen quality, I love the light up keyboard for when I'm working at night and how easy it is to manage multiple screens at a time. It is everything I was looking for in a laptop.

I actually purchased 2 of these for two of my grandsons who are starting high school this year. This laptop is sturdy, easy to use, and has a nice appearance. So far, they are both very pleased with the functionality. Consumer Reports rated it very favorably also.

BestBuy offered the best price I could find on this Samsung Galaxy laptop. The laptop arrived on time and the packaging was adequate. One of the reasons I selected the Samsung Galaxy Book4 was the high rating Consumer Reports (CR) had given it (72). The others were 16GB memory, 512 GB SSD, 15.6" screen, an Intel Core 7 all in a light weight, portable laptop. So far I have two issues with this laptop. 1. The Wi-Fi receiver is weak and frequently looses the connection where my Apple MacBook Pro operates flawlessly. The signal through an open door to my porch apparently is not sufficient for the Samsung to hold on to. My MacBook Pro operates without a hitch with the dorrs closed. 2. The battery life is not what I expected. CR reported up to 18 hours for typical web-surfing. I get about 5 or 6 before I need to recharge. Loading Office and moving data onto it required several recharges. Sure hope the battery lasts longer with my typical work load.

This is for personal and home office use. Its perfect for travel and medium home use. I use it in 2 houses as my main computer for work. I work with video conference daily and this is perfect. I plan to buy another for travel. Its light, and the key board is lighted and full size

I absolutley love the 360 capabilities. I set it on a stand and it allows me to use a wireless keyboard for a "desktop" set up when needed. The screen is very responsive and it is so thin and lighweight it is easy to take anywhere with me. I have already recommened this to several others.

This is hands down the best laptop I have ever owned. It is incredibly fast, lightweight, and the OLED screen has beautiful pictures. I paid half what I would have somewhere else. Only at Best Buy can I get deals this good!

When my 5-year-old Macbook Pro finally quit on me, I wanted to try something else because they decided to stop supporting "older" machines when rolling out software updates. The last few years I had that laptop, I had issue after issue- apps won't download, not compatible with old iOS; system getting slow even with a surplus of storage space left. I rely heavily on a good, quick laptop for school, and I decided to take a chance on this one since I liked my Samsung Galaxy phone. This thing is amazing for school! With a Galaxy Pen (I think that's what it's called) you can take quick notes on the screen without having to keep pages organized. I love using it as a scratchpad or for little drawings to help me study. Also, I'm not going to lie, I dropped the thing off a small table once, and despite others' experiences, mine was thankfully totally fine. Just treat it gently (like any device), buy a case when it's not in use, and it will be a great laptop. I'd bet it's nice for art and graphic design, too, though I haven't tried that yet. Literally the only (minor) complaint I have is that I'll sometimes accidentally close things when I'm trying to adjust the angle of the screen, due to the touchscreen.

Laptop is pretty good i order a size 15.6. Laptop is touch screen and runs pretty smooth.

These systems have the Wacom EMR digitizer, which is the gold standard for stylus input. The low power CPU gives good battery life, and I love the "Quite Mode" option. The 0.5 TB SSD is way too small but you can open it (which is not particularly easy) and upgrade to any single-sided SSD you like.

I bought it after seeing it on a YouTube video, the reason i bought it is to make it my college computer. And so for it has had a great success in it so far, no lag or crashing yet which is good.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas. He has health issues and may need to attend his first year of college virtually, but will need access to a laptop/computer either way. He really loves the tablet feature, especially, and that it is very light weight. This laptop is very suitable for his needs albeit virtually or in-person attendance. He is very happy with it and would highly recommend it. I am happy with this purchase and think it is great, as well!

The laptop came in a beautiful matte gray. Right away, I noticed a bright and clear screen. Performance is super fast and responsive. No hiccups. Battery holds decent time each charge, as I have the screen at its almost lowest brightness and I don't play games. Overall, I am happy and satisfied with its looks and performance.
