When it was shipped to me (a day early, thank you) - it has ZERO drivers installed. I didn't know that was why the touchscreen, touchpad and keyboard didn't work, so I call BB and was instructed to drive 20 miles to the nearest BB, where I spent 2+ hours waiting for all the Drivers to be installed because they wiped the computer but never finished the install. I'm still struggling with Drivers on my own - My audio input (microphone) driver is incomplete and 3 hours on chat with Microsoft, 2 on chat with Samsung and another hour on chat with Best Buy and my options are to PAY $40 to take it to BB or reset the laptop, so that would be another afternoon away from work and paying more for something that should be here. I love the laptop and I'm not complaining about Best Buy. But this is a little much. Tech support in store - Josh - was amazing.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this open box for about $455 after tax pretty happy with it for that price but lemme tell ya if I had paid for the msrp they ask for this, i'd be pretty upset. battery life is terrible, performance is so so, dont be fooled that it has an I7 not all i7s are created equal... the middle the screen in between the hinges has enough flex when its in tablet mode to give me some anxiety. if you can nab one for around $600 its great

Lags and Jitters are inevitable(even from lots of chrome tabs)... not suited for editing purposes or heavy loads. The Screen is Beautiful for Movies and the Speakers are one of the best in the market.

Mixed feelings about software on new laptop

Still have not tried remote mouse and need to update it. Do dislike presence of ads! Would prefer old laptop. Some apps do use customized ads but this system seems to be dominated by them.
