Had to have geek squad update software as it wasnt delivered with latest updates. Bluetooth still doesnt work on laptop. Sales rep told me the one he ordered had touch screen but it doesn't. Touchpad is very sensitive and does things i didnt prompt it to do.

Blue Recovery Screen

How does a NEW computer need a new hard drive?!?! Im sure if mine did that, other will too. I do not recommend this pc.
