This laptop is exceptional; its lightweight design facilitates convenient portability. The touchscreen is responsive and smooth, exhibiting no lag. The copilot feature is also a significant advantage.

My high school sophomore son is very content with this Book, and he's very picky He now prefers this display rather than the high contrast gaming monitor on his desktop game computer. So far his only comment is the lack of extra USB-C ports, that that has easily been remedied.

Sleek and easy to use, love the touch screen option. Currently in a Masters program and love how you can easily split the screen for multi tasking.

It's sufficient to do what I need it to do. I have issues having aol and other pages to load. I still need to get the rest of my pictures put on, but haven't had time.

This laptop is super fast with a vibrant display. It is being used for work purposes, and it makes competing work assignments a breeze and fun!

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge -c0pilot+ 16" screen and I love it. It has a beautiful screen and it is easy to use. Well worth the money spent on it. Your Geek Squad set up my computer and transferred all my info from old computer to the new one. They are fabulous. ll

This is an awesome laptop. Lightweight, thin, touchscreen, and great features. I love that I can do multiple screens while doing my homework. This laptop has been everything and more I am still exploring. Must buy for college students.

It wasn't a brand I was considering when I was shopping for a laptop, but the price was reasonable, and this Samsung is a really nice-looking laptop with such gorgeous screen images.

It's a nice laptop. Great screen with long battery life. Be aware that there are still many applications that don't run on Snapdragon.

this computer is one of the very best copilot plus PCs. The software features are not too much, and Windows runs very well on this system. Audio quality is good, and the display is one of the best for a PC. The numpad is a little strange, but you can get used to it.

Was excited to try the Snapdragon Elite chipset, AMR-64 bit Windows 11 Home version. I had trouble with a few ill behaved applications that wouldn't load, and a multifunction printer that printed fine, but there was no driver for the scanner available. (Epson ET-3850). With the upcoming release of 24H2 later in the year, this might be "fixed," but i needed it to work yesterday, so i returned this unit and purchased the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 and it works well with the printer/scanner. It may be a fine system but it just didn't work for me. The CPU is fast and the screen is phenomenal....

Great laptop! Battery Life can be deceiving, Just Web Browsing i was getting ~10 hours of battery life doing light work on it in general. Watching videos it was more like ~7 hours. for the full price you can definitely get better laptops but for Open Box Pricing you cant really beat it.

I want to start by talking about the hardware. The screen, the build are awesome. The speakrs are great and you can definitely feel the Dolby Atmos if you turned it on. Now coming to the big thing, the ARM and CoPilot stuff, I primarly use browser based applications, so it works perfectly fine for me as long as I install Browsers for ARM. Do your research before getting this to see if your particular all works on ARM. CoPilot is good, could be better, the recall feature is still not here as of 12/01. Over all, a definitely great product as long as the apps you need have an ARM version

Good computer but it is taking me some time to find everything I need to do what I want to do. Realize I am over 70.

I decided to switch to a Samsung galaxy laptop when I kept having so many problems with my HP laptop. I Love this computor! Although it is a bit smaller than my other one this one is so sharp and clear that I can see it better than the larger screen. Anyone thinking about buying this laptop and hesitating, don't! You won't be disappointed.
