After spending a week with the Book 4 Edge Copilot, I'm thoroughly impressed with its application speed and the overall user experience it provides. The responsiveness and fluidity make it a joy to use for my daily tasks. However, I must express my extreme disappointment with the battery life. Despite the advertised 22 hours for the 16-inch model, I find myself reaching for the charger after just 6-7 hours of use. This is a significant shortfall and one that potential buyers should be aware of. The speakers also leave something to be desired. They lack the high-end sound quality I was expecting, which can be a bit frustrating during media consumption or virtual meetings. That said, the Book 4 Edge Copilot is still a pleasure to work on. Its capabilities are impressive, and I'm excited to delve deeper into Copilot and explore how it integrates with Office 365.

Best. Laptop. Ever. Just make sure you don't lose that charging cord it came with as it is the only cord the machine will ask for every time. Others work, but she will bug you if you don't use her cord.

Very good laptop for Windows users. 16 inch amoled screen and 16 GB RAM for within $1000 during offers. Super thin and fast. It has a touch screen as well.

Good computer but it is taking me some time to find everything I need to do what I want to do. Realize I am over 70.

This Qualcomm stuff is really good on power control. Now it is summer, I didnt feel heat from this machine. I dont play games. All I need is business and some video watch, this laptop is way better than I need. Most important, i dont need to charge during the day. I plan to replace my family’s laptop with arm cpu.

Great product love the design and ergonomic style. Bought it for school the touch screen works flawlessly. Also not to mention a laptop with a number pad is great for school.

By far, this laptop is phenomenal! I had an HP gaming laptop before this, which was over 4 years old. It was definitely starting to slow down quite a bit. I would recommend this laptop! The screen size is great! I've had no issues with performance. Although, I'm not quite sure why the format of the 10-key part was changed around. The slash "/" key was put at the top of the keyboard instead of right above the number keys. It's a bit confusing because I've memorized where this key has been before on keyboards. Now, I have to look when I want to use that key. Other than that, it's been amazing so far!

The screen and battery life are fantastic. The 10-key number pad and large trackpad are great additions. Everything about this device is impressive so far.

Samsung makes great quality laptops. I wish that my school allowed ARM processors, but they do not. I would have kept the laptop if it wasn't for the processor.

It's nice.. I wish the keyboard was a little better feeling like a Dell or Lenovo.. the touchpad would have been better being haptic.. The number buttons on the right side seem cramped. I thought I would have had more functionality with the SmartThings app on a Samsung PC vs a normal PC, but nothing more. I do like how the Samsung devices interconnect, it's better on this laptop than paired with other PC's. Battery life is wonderful. OH! and I don't particularly care for the rounded display edges, they would have been better squared.

The product is really nice and amazing visual quality. I would prefer a bigger keyboard with larger letter keys and a side number grid.

Very fast, I could no faults with this computer, other than the battery life. However, this was an open box item and that may have had something to do with all of that. I will replace it with another.
