First and foremost for the money you can probably find a better laptop but if you you are in the Samsung ecosystem it's a great addition seamlessly using a Samsung tablet as a second monitor, being able to see and control and use your Samsung phone with the laptop is very convenient. The screen is beautiful. The battery life and performance are both very good but great. Comes with spen which will won't on any S(xx) Ultra phone you have.

Love this laptop! Does all the things I need ina lightweight and thin laptop but still has a massive screen. I actually use the pen it comes with. I'm a million tabs/windows kind of person and have had absolutely no issues with it.

After a sale I got this for $900, which I is worth it. The computer is very sleek, and works well. Battery lasts a pretty long time. My only complaint is the 16 gb of ram. Seems like not a whole lot. And ive ran into issues once or twice already with it. If you have a samsung phone the connection between the two is convenient.

The laptop screen would flicker whenever watching Netflix so i had to adjust the display settings and adjust the size and graphics. The fan is a bit loud whenever you play vigorous games. But other than that this laptop is amazing it flips 360, turning into a tablet basically and it even comes with a stylus that is magnetic and just overall super nice to have and use.

I love this computer. It's slim, fast, portable, and beautiful. Unfortunately there are some drawbacks. The main issue that I have with this computer is that it will regularly let the CPU temp reach over 100 C. That is a CPU killer and regularly letting it do that will kill the computer in less than a year. The OLED screen is beautiful, and the S-pen compatibility is very nice.

This is an awesome computer. The screen is spectacular, it's incredibly compact. Also my kids live playing Minecraft and Xbox game pass on it.

Computer does its job admirably, lasting multiple plane flights and serving its function with relatively painless ease. I use this most as an art tool and for those purposes I do appreciate the tools it allows me to use. Pros: Bright AMOLED screen 360 degree folding hinge holds up. 1tb of storage does the job Hardware is speedy enough Wattage needed to charge significantly smaller- I can charge it off any 65W usb c charger. I even charge this off my main computer. Cons: OBO means you only get what's in the box. Missing features on this one include: - No Pen - The feet were not replaced so there's no space when the screen is folded completely for the intake fans. - Fingerprint sensor needed a hard reset Other cons: Airflow- restricted. Maybe if it had feet the computer would have space to actually breathe. Palm Refection- because of the heating issue, the sensor detects a drawpalm as a finger (common issue with pen screens not unique to this)

Love the size, weight, and performance of this laptop and the screen is second to none! very pleased with my purchase

Full disclosure: I have a Samsung phone, samsung everything, but I am not blindly loyal. This is just a well refined laptop. I cant really poke any major holes in it. The stylus experience is top notch, it is snappy, the sound is good, display is buttery smooth. not really glitchy compared to other laptops. And it is lightweight. You can also find this beauty heavily discounted. The only drawbacks are the lack of 32gb ram, a 2tb hd and a 2nd gen CPU with a higher NPU. I guess thats why you would buy the Book 5 Pro 360. My only nit is that it is only 16gb vs 32gb at BB and

I recently bought this laptop and so it has been amazing. It runs so smoothly. The graphics are crazy good. I really enjoy using it. I found that with mild use the battery last me all day. Movies look amazing. Speakers are not bad they are pretty loud. Louder than some that ive heard thats for sure. It goes very well with the Samsung ecosystem. Using the pen is my favorite part. Fun to draw and color. I would 10/10 recomend.

I bought this laptop because I liked the screen size, hard drive space, and memory. I also was interested in the integration of the Samsung apps to use with my Samsung phone and Samsung tablet. I've had this laptop for a few weeks now and overall I really like this laptop. It's very lightweight. The screen size is excellent but it's also very thin. I can see where this screen could break easily. With past experience with other laptops that can be turned into tablets, I have not tried turning this laptop into tablet mode given the screen and not wanted to break the laptop. The keyboard is the perfect size for me. I like having the number pad on the right hand size and it's easy to type on. The touchpad is very large but it took me some time to adjust the sensitivity settings on the laptop. It was very sensitive and got very frustrating when typing. I also had to customize more to my liking. There are a few things I do dislike about the laptop which is why I didn't give it a 5 start. The first thing is how hot this laptop gets when using a lot of processing power. The vents are located on the bottom which was not designed very well especially if this laptop will be sitting on your laptop. The second issue is the laptop charging cord itself. It's very short compared to other laptops I've used in the past that have longer cords. I like how it's simply designed but just wish it was longer.

Amazing screen! Superfast and efficient and quiet internals! Takes handwritten notes directly into popular apps with the included Samsung pen and the touchscreen is very responsive and precise - works great for class and creative design work. I bought this for school about 6 months ago and use it daily. I was hesitant at first after seeing reviews online that the screen cracks easily near the base of the screen because the hinges are far apart - the screen does flex slightly but I haven't done anything special to take "extra good care" of this laptop compared to my previous ones and so far so good! I put this laptop in a soft sleeve before I put it in my backpack. Another plus is the included charger is nice and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the go! It's the same size as my phone charger but pushes out more Amps, so I can just carry this one to charge all my electronics since they are all rated for the higher Amps. This is my first Samsung laptop and I'm loving it! Switched from a personal MacBook Pro and have used Lenovos for work. There are things I miss from the MacBook and Apple's ecosystem, but overall like this Samsung slightly better.

I decided to spoil myself with going back to school and bought this laptop. I am a huge Samsung fan and this has definitely met my expectations plus some! The screen on it is amazing and very light weight. I get some many compliments on how beautiful the picture is on it! So glad I bought it for myself! The battery life is absolutely amazing on it, it lasts days!!!!

Its small enough for taking on the go, it came with an s-pen that makes projects more fun, the battery lasts for days, and its processor is better than my last laptop that broke after 8 years. This is a replacement for a previous laptop which was damaged. The fact that I replaced it with the same computer should say it all. For my purposes this is an ideal machine. Historical research on line, creating reports and presentations and handling photographs and other illustrations. Fast and excellent screen, light weight. Purchase also improved by absolutely the best support provided by Best Buy Geeks throughout the process. Can't say enough about how easy it was to make the exchange and purchase and walk out with everything set up to my requirements

I am an IT consultant. At the current price, this laptop cant be beat. Beautiful OLED screen, 16GB ram. Thin and light. Long battery life. Touchscreen, folds into a tablet, small power brick. Its simply a fantastic laptop.
