It's a good laptop, however I feel like Windows 11 uses a lot of RAM and most of the time the memory usage is above 50%. It's too much because it has 32gb of memory. Not sure what's the problem. Not sure the behavior with Windows 10. Awesome screen I love it.

Had great luck with Samsung products! Previous laptop is over 15 years old and still kicking! But windows can no longer be updated and it was just time to move on. Using this for the typical stuff as well as AUTOCAD and REVIT. So far so good.

I have not had my Book4 Ultra for very long and by no means am I a computer professional, but I have owned many laptops and the Book4 Ultra is the best I have ever owned. It is incredibly fast, sets up easily, it is ergonomic, and the battery last a surprising long time (I am a battery hog). For a laptop, its speakers sound excellent. It runs many applications at the same time without hesitation or glitches and importantly, there is very little waiting for it to load or process. It is also surprisingly light despite its size (16 inch). If you want a work horse and do not like waiting for anything, this is the computer. There are two minor criticisms that I have, it should come with an IR camera for facial recognition and should have a true 4K display (although the 3K AMOLED screen is very good). The things it lacks are relatively minor and I would give it a rating of 4.7. I am pleased with my purchase.

I'm a graphic designer that wanted a lap tap to rival my desktop setup. Yet, not be bulky like the Lenovo Legion and the Asus Pro Art I first bought. This computer checks every box for me. Great for basic to higher intensity large file renderings, beautifully sleek, comfortable non sharp edges unlike the sharp incredibly uncomfortable asus pro art, capability to put into quiet mode if browsing internet at home with family or switch back to power mode for work projects, a great backlit keyboard as I enjoy working in darker settings, and I must say the screen is fantastic. Highly recommend this. Some people dislike how thin the screen is and have said it breaks easily, but its not meant to be put in a book back and thrown around. It has traveled flawlessly in my briefcase for many business trip flights. If I ever find a dislike, I'll post it, but until then I'm happy as can be.

Overall this computer is a powerhouse with speed to match. Love the interface and the compatibility in the Samsung eco system. Battery can be drained quickly running max settings, but still good overall. Charges quick and can get a solid 8 hours of screen time. It still has a few bugs that need to be worked out. there are so many settings that things begin to get complicated quickly. For example the "seamless" headphone control isn't so seamless and its just short of a nightmare to get sounds to go where they need to go. Display is great and the ai is as impressive as it is useful. If they update to use an s pen and fix the setting control it would 100% be a 10 out of 10.

A little pricey, however, excellent build quality. Beautiful display and great cpu performance. I have a samsung ultra 25 and this laptop compliments it very well especially for those in the Samsung ecosystem!

Great design and build quality! Battery life could be better but I suppose it can't be helped given this is stuck on x86. Screen is also great and the high refresh rate helps make scrolling with the trackpad smooth!

Love my laptop. Strong enough to play the sims and efficient enough to handle my business. Its light and easy to carry. Only con is the battery. Samsung needs a small battery pack.

Build quality and performance are all astounding as is ecpected of the CPU GPU combination. The feel of the product is great and personally im a fan of the asthetic as well. What i wish was slightly better: - Wish the oled was 4k not 3k - wish touchpad was centered

Beautiful Screen, very fast computer! very responsive!

Had issues at first with keyboard not working well and had to take to Geek Squad for repair. Now that all is fixed, it seems like it is great and reasonable for the price tag.

This laptop is awesome! It also doesn't get a hot as other laptops I have purchased in the past.

The best purchase I have made lately, perfect for my Photoshop and video editor, I will only add wireless keyboard and mouse.

The Samsung Book laptop's shockingly fragile screen has left me deeply dissatisfied. Despite widespread complaints, Samsung refuses to acknowledge the issue and expects hundreds customers to foot the bill for replacements. This behavior is unacceptable. Consequently, I am not only refusing to purchase any other Samsung products but also actively discouraging my colleagues from doing so. My cracked laptop serves as a potent warning against Samsung's products.
