Now that all is fixed, it seems like it is great and reasonable for the price tag.

I normally love Samsung products, but this one has not been the best. Issues with it rebooting itself if the laptop is subject to any movement. You pick it up and put it back down, it may reboot itself. Trying to use it in a vehicle/train is impossible, it will turn itself off/reboot. The laptop can't handle any type of vibration.

Was sold a used computer as a new one

Spent 3k on a used previously returned computer , never use geek squad , they dont answer the phone and charged me almost 500 $ and didnt fix nothing on my old computer , spent $200 at local repair place and had it fixed

Very expensive to fix, I bought one and just had it on my desk.One day, the screen was cracked, never dropped it. Then I bought this new ultra book 4, and 17 days later, I open it and there's a crack on the screen. The first time mine cracked. I was extra careful on this one. Beware do not buy. It's a manufacturer flaw. You will live in fear after cracks the first time and it will crack the second time. It's a ticking time bomb. The screen is too thin, just opening it can crack it or just having it sit there from heat being closed. Can crack it, It will crack not if but when, and the manufacturer doesn't care anything about it when it does

This is a CAD and gaming capable machine, but, like any laptop, gets hot and battery life and performance is compromised with demanding workloads

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is living up to my expectation Speed, Display and Battery life, all are exceptional, I would have given it 5 stares and it puzzles me why such a high end laptop comes with Windows Home instead of Pro, it did not except the update key and the Geek Squad could not get it to instead with out charging me $250 after buying the update from BB, told them NO Way and found that I had to run sfc /scannow and then it excepted the new Key to bring Home to Pro
