I have had over 10 laptops through my professional career using them in a vehicle and in the field. I never broke one screen. This Samsung sits on our dining table when in use and is in a laptop bag when we are driving. The screen somehow got cracked, not sure how or when. I was told that the screen was due to abuse. If you buy this computer, treat it like when you buy eggs. I do love the computer just not the delicate screen.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Regarding the price, this laptop is very lacking. the drivers and software have a ton of malfunctions. the shortcut buttons stopped working properly, Galaxy Buds headphones don't seamlessly connect as they did on my Galaxy Book 2, the screen does weird color changes while using certain full-screen videos in Chrome and 16 GB of RAM is just not enough for 2025 this laptop has been a huge disappointment wish I could return it.

Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 is fragile

I found out it's a known problem with this model (Google it). Samsung warranty wouldn't cover it. Geek Squad took 10 days to diagnose obvious problem, then quoted $900 to repair it and couldn't tell me how long because the part is backordered (probably because so many owners are having this problem. Best Buy and Samsung should acknowledge this and fix the problem. Recommend you avoid this model.

Your screen will crack for no reason.

Even within 2 weeks, my first one crack, and It was just sitting on my desk, my second 1 cracked with in a week after I got it. No negligence, no drops. Just sitting there, it can happens spontaneously. The fact that Samsung doesn't mention or accept responsibility is insane, beware, you'll regret it if you buy it.
