Excellent quality 100% All. Perfform good! Nice 14"

We're a Samsung family and have so many Samsung devices in our household, however, this is the first Samsung laptop I've purchased. I was due for a new laptop and this one kept popping up in my social media feeds, so I did some research and decided to give it a try. So far, I am loving it. The screen is bright and vivid, everything works without hesitation and it just feels extremely nice when using it. I'm really impressed with the battery life as well. I've saved a ton of videos to watch on tips and tricks with this particular computer and with using it's Copilot capabilities and I know this laptop is exactly what I needed for my work and personal needs.

I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase. The 14-inch 3K AMOLED touchscreen is simply stunning, offering vibrant colors and sharp detail, perfect for both work and entertainment. I also appreciate how lightweight and slim it is, making it ideal for carrying around. Battery life has been solid, and the system runs smoothly with quick startup and overall great responsiveness. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a powerful yet portable device.

Great lap top and geek squad transitioned my old laptop to new.....easy peazy. Great staff....gus helped me make decision on wich lap top to choose...needed to change because os 10 t0 21...old computer over 5 yrs old.

Very light and compact with great color/super clear screen!

Basically a MacBook for Windows. This is one heck of a great computer and the Samsung integrations work really well. That said, 16GB of memory is not really enough for a "pro" level laptop. I would recommend getting it a bit upgraded. That said, if 16GB works for you, this is an excellent choice to stay in the Samsung ecosystem. ...and the display is amazing.

My only minor gripe is that the battery life while decent, could be slightly better for a device in this class. The keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, and the large touchpad is responsive, complementing the overall premium feel. Performance-wise, this laptop handles everyday tasks, light photo editing, and even some gaming without breaking a sweat. The speakers are crisp, though they lack deep bass, which is expected from ultraportable laptops. If you prioritize display quality and build elegance, the Galaxy Book5 Pro is an excellent choice. While this laptop is nearly perfect, there are a couple of areas where it falls just short of 5 stars. The lack of upgradability (soldered RAM and single SSD slot) limits future-proofing, which might concern power users. Additionally, thermal performance is good but not exceptional—it can get warm under heavy workloads. That said, the portability, stunning AMOLED screen, and premium design make it a fantastic option for professionals and students alike. If Samsung had included better cooling or expandable storage, it would be an absolute powerhouse. Still, for most users, the Galaxy Book5 Pro delivers an outstanding balance of style and performance.

This laptop is a must purchase. My husband upgraded from a Chromebook to this laptop and hasn't put it down since. The speed, color and programs are totally impressive.

This laptop has a good display and competes with an Apple MacBook Pro. Pros: Beautiful display. Great, responsive keyboard with large keys. It’s backlit and touchscreen. Con: Lags when multitasking with two monitors hooked up. I’ll be on a Zoom call for my PhD program and it lags when I type with OneNote during my online class. Also, the battery is well-under the guided range. It’s more like 6 hours of charge with average use. Otherwise, this is a pretty good laptop.

Picked this up to replace my MacBook Pro but ended up switching back to the MacBook. I love the screen and form factor of the Galaxy Book5 Pro, however, the keyboard and trackpad are what made me give it up. The keyboard just does not have enogh travel, and there is no reason why a laptop in 2025 has a subpar trackpad that lacks haptic feedback. Hopefully Samsung can fix these issues with future iterations.

The computer I ordered had a 14 inch screen, which I knew when it was ordered. Upon receipt, the computer body seemed bigger than I expected even though I evaluated the physical dimensions before ordering. After a couple of days, I took the computer back to Best Buy. The return and refund process was easy. It was a pleasant experience.

Excellent battery timing and good for multitasking

Great laptop! The keypad can pickup finger marks pretty easily but not the end of the world.

I loved my laptop, it is light and easy to use, the battery last over 12 h of use or even more. It is fast and it connects to my Samsung phone and tablet, it syncronizes easily with my items.
