I absolutely love my Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro! The 16" 3K AMOLED touchscreen is nothing short of stunning—vibrant colors and deep contrast make everything look incredible. Whether I’m working, watching videos, or just browsing, the display never disappoints.
Performance-wise, this laptop is a beast. The Intel Core Ultra 7 processor combined with 32GB of memory ensures everything runs incredibly fast and smooth. It handles multitasking like a pro, allowing me to juggle multiple apps and tabs without any slowdowns. Plus, with the 1TB SSD, there’s more than enough space for all my files and software, with lightning-fast load times.
The build quality is also top-notch. The premium feel is immediately noticeable—sleek, sturdy, and solid. It feels like a high-end device, and the gray finish adds a professional touch. The touch-screen is responsive, and the laptop is lightweight enough to carry around, making it a great companion for both work and play.
Overall, this laptop has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a powerful, premium device that looks amazing and performs even better, the Galaxy Book5 Pro is a fantastic choice.

Have had for a couple months now.I bought this as a small business owner. Needed something that I could take in the field but would also be able to bring back and dock for 2 screens and keyboard/mouse. Glad I purchased I have Apple platform but I really just needed a windows unit also.

Very nice laptop with it's pros and cons

This is a very nice laptop. Very well made and feels quite premium. It's very thin. It's not the fastest laptop but it's more than fine for most use cases. One of my favorite features about this laptop is the way it integrates with other Samsung devices and apps so, if you are already in the Samsung ecosystem, that's a huge plus.
Pros:
* Very thin and light
* Very well built
* Great screen
* If you are in the Samsung ecosystem, you can use and sync with Samsung apps like Samsung Notes, etc.
* Nice and quiet
* Love the 16:10 aspect ratio of the screen instead of the typical 16:9 of most laptops. REALLY helps with productivity much more than I even thought it would.
* USB-C ports are Thunderbolt
* 32 GB RAM
Cons:
* Keyboard is not the greatest. Coming from my older Lenovo Yoga, with it's awesome feeling keyboard, I was a bit disappointed with Samsung's keyboard but have since gotten used to it.
* Could use more ports. It's nice that it has 2 USB-C ports and the HDMI port but having just 1 USB-A port is a pretty major let down. Makes it almost mandatory that you carry around a USB hub with you. Needing to carry extra accessories around kind of defeats the purpose of the easy portability of a laptop.
* Battery life is not what is advertised (it's more like 8 hours than the 25 hours that they advertise. not sure how they possibly came up with 25 hours)
* The slot for the micro SD card is ONLY micro SD. They should have used a full size SD card slot so you'd be able to use both full size SD cards as well as micro SD cards via adapter.
Other:
* Like a lot of new laptops, the touchpad is huge and the keyboard is pushed further back. If you like huge touchpads, this could be a pro but, for me, it's more of a con as I'd rather not have to reach so far forward when typing.
* Touchpad has weird compatibility. It works fine in Windows but I have noticed that when I boot off of a USB (i.e. Macrium Reflect in order to image/backup my entire hard drive), it is not recognized so I have to use a USB mouse (and thus need the USB hub so I can attach my mouse and the USB stick at the same time since the laptop only has that 1 USB A port).
* The touchpad does not have haptic feedback, if that matters to you. It does not matter to me. There is still physical clicks that you can feel (and hear) at the bottom for left/right mouse buttons.

The Samsung Galaxy Book is an impressive blend of style, performance, and portability. Its ultra-slim design and premium build quality make it a standout in the world of Windows laptops. The aluminum chassis feels sturdy yet lightweight, making it perfect for users on the go.
Under the hood, the Galaxy Book delivers solid performance thanks to its Intel Core processors and fast SSD storage. Whether you're multitasking, editing documents, or streaming media, the experience is consistently smooth and responsive. The battery life is excellent, easily lasting through a full workday on a single charge.
The vibrant display is a treat, offering crisp visuals and accurate colors—great for both productivity and entertainment. Samsung's integration with the Galaxy ecosystem is a bonus, especially if you already use a Galaxy smartphone or tablet. Features like seamless file transfers and Second Screen mode add real convenience.
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Book is a fantastic choice for professionals, students, and everyday users who want a dependable and stylish Windows laptop.

Solid build quality, light weight, fully aluminum (feels expensive like a macbook), fingerprint reader vs. facial recognition (I prefer this), display quality is great, it's really fast compared to my existing LG Gram which was basically the same specs, touch screen, keyboard takes a bit of getting used to with low height but I quickly adjusted to, ports are perfect (thunderbolt (2), HDMI, etc).

This laptop has been great so far. I miss the old DVD drive to continue building my digital archive, but those are not an option anymore. This is sleek, modern, and light weight. The keyboard layout took some getting used to compared to my old Dell, but this computer can handle multiple processes with ease, The Windows biometrics work sometimes to unlock. The computer claims the camera is not compatible with facial recognition. Might be a driver issue I have yet to figure out. So far, this has handled all the video editing and photo editing processes I have thrown at it.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned. I liked it so much I bought a second one for my family. This laptop is well built and very fast. The touch screen display is awesome. Added features like fingerprint reader on the power button and Co-Pilot on device make this a laptop to consider.

Great Laptop but Protect the Display

The laptop is attractive with plenty of space and power. The only downside is that the display is fragile so buy a case that provides a buffer between the screen and keyboard or one that will absorb any impact. The case we bought did not meet those criteria so within 2 months, the screen shattered when light pressure was applied to the closed laptop. We had the protection plan so the repair is covered but will take a month.

Loving it so far...
It has good battery life and charges fast. I'm having to get used to the shallow keyboard but I think that it will actually be a nice set up after I get used to it. It is very light weight but seems to handle the demands I put on it.
I have notice that the many web pages that I leave open take a little too long to populate after I shut the computer down and then reload the pages in Chrome through the 'history' tab.

New Samsung Laptop Review

Been waiting to upgrade to a new laptop and after many reviews I bought the Samsung laptop based on features and other reviews. Now that i got the laptop setup for my use with apps and configuration, it is one of the best laptops I have every owned. My only concern is the laptop 25 hour rating. I am only getting about 6 hours based on my current setup. If I used more power conservative settings, the battery would last longer, but this would not meet my needs. Still, I recommend taking a closer look too before purchase.

Laptop seems to perform OK. Just wish it had more than 1 USB port and a built-in SD card reader. Still trying to get more familiar with the Copilot features.
