    This computer IS NOT all that it is advertised to be. Battery life is SIGNIFICANTLY shorter. Can get hung up when trying to multitask different projects. To top it off--the screen spontaneously developed a complete vertical cracked. This was reported to the manufacturer and the unit was sent back as they directed. Samsung refused to honor the warranty claiming it was "physical damage" and wanted to charge an outrageous amount, more than half the cost of the laptop, for the repair. How does a laptop, used by a single owner, who did not drop it, who has a history of owning laptops and used in a household with no children spontaneosly develop a vertical crack in the screen unless there is MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT?
