It also looses the ability to block the sound around , it drops connection often. It's great, when it works correctly. A bit bulky for an earbud.

Horrible online order experience

I get to the store and there were about 5 people in front of me. It took the guy about 10-15 minutes to find a specific item for the first gentelmen in line. The next few customers went pretty quickly. I was being taken care of for over 30 minutes. Leading me to be in your store for almost an hour for an online pickup. This is unacceptable and ill probably never return to that location. It wouldve been faster for me to go in the store, pick out the items, then cashout at a normal register. The whole point of someone doing an online order is to save time. My time was wasted because they couldnt find one item. Mind you the staffs superior was back there and didnt help find the item at all.

On a couple of occasions they just stopped working for a few seconds too then they came back. I'll keep looking these weren't for me.

These were sold as open box with all parts included. They came with missing parts. This was only my second order in 6 years with BestBuy.com and both orders had to be returned for damage/missing parts. The only thing customer service for BestBuy.com did was tell me what they CAN’T do. They told me to go to a BestBuy store. I have never had a problem with the brick and mortar stores.

Good sound but these didn't last

Volume quality dropped so I need to max it out in order to hear anything. I'm not sure why I keep buying Samsung when their earbuds never give a good experience.
