This is my first pair of truly wireless earbuds. I own four other pairs of headphones - over-the-ear and bone conduction. None of them compare to the sound quality of these Galaxy Buds. My Sony as well as my Bose Noise cancelling over-the-ear headphones don't even come close to the bass output of these Buds. Highs also sound excellent. Even with passive noise cancellation, they still do a fantastic job at blocking out surrounding noise. The ambient sound amplifier could probably be slightly improved but they most definitely do the job. One thing that's very unfortunate in a great deal of reviews - which is bringing down the overall score of these Buds - is that users don't really pay attention to the features in the Gear app. When choosing what to assign to each earbud as the touch-and-hold option, there's a volume up option. This allows users to drastically increase the volume and show just how amazing the sound output of these Buds is, and even at Max volume there's no distortion. Battery life is very decent too. The Gear app communicates very well with the SmartThings app in the status bar, allowing it to show the exact battery life for each of the buds down to 5% increments. The charging case holds around one and a half full charges, and the buds themselves charge up very fast. The case and the Buds can also be charged at the same time too. The buds have two parts that are adjustable to create the perfect fit for everyone's differently-sized ears. The extra parts are wingtips and earpieces; three different sizes in all. The buds come with the medium sized wingtips and earpieces already on the buds, which weren't the best for me. But after changing both to the largest size, the difference in sound quality and comfort was amazing. The earpieces also do a fantastic job at keeping sweat out of my inner ears thus protecting the inner speakers from any liquid damage. Sound quality during calls is also great on both ends; much better than any of my other Bluetooth headphones. I love my Galaxy Buds, and recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality Bluetooth headphones in a small package. The Apple Earpods don't even come close in comparison to these Buds, so I'd even recommend these to iPhone users.

In my opinion, the battery life and sound quality meet and exceed my expectations. It's a secure fit and I often forget I have them in. The touch gestures are a nice feature and paired with the Galaxy Wearables app for customization, you can't go wrong with a set of these. Crisp, pure clean audio that doesn't get drowned out by too much bass. That being said, don't go into this purchase expecting to have the best of both worlds, these shine best with mild bass and slightly raised treble.

Pros- They fit well in the ear canal. They are very light weight. They come with attachments to ensure a secure fit. They pair instantly out of the box. Good build quality. Wireless charging is a plus. Cons- The sound is full but it seems underpowered. The bass is lacking and the buds don't get very loud. For the premium price, I was hoping for a premium sound, but its average at best.

I was very satisfied with the overall packaging and the ease of use after taking them out. These headphones are light and have a snug fit. They are very comfortable and sometimes, I can't even tell I have them in. I messed around with the ambient noise setting and could adjust how much I wanted to hear/not hear. The case is small, light, and perfect. This was a great buy and I have highly recommended them to my friends and family.

REVIEW AFTER 2 MONTHS USE-I love these things! While shopping for wireless earbuds, I compared many models. This is not the newest version of Samsung earbuds, but while looking I noticed that it had the same battery life as the newest ones. (Battery life, fit and overall product satisfaction were he most important features for me when comparing. ) In reading reviews for the new ear buds someone said, "I wish I had kept my old ones." I also was worried about fit and the fit is great! I have very small ears, but the adjustable sizes really helped. The noise canceling is adjustable, so if I'm using them out and about, I can hear traffic and people around me. Case is small and easy to carry. Indicator lights inside and outside the case are wonderful. Interior help lights confirm that the buds are seated properly to charging. Exterior lights indicate how much charge the case itself has left to provide. I am not an audiophile, so I can't really speak to the quality of the sound more than, my stuff sounds great. I never have problems with any interference or static. Calls, movies and music are all very clear and noise canceling is relatively solid.

I got these earbuds on sale for $75 and they were definitely worth the price. The sound quality is amazing. For headphones under $100, these are definitely my top choice. There wasn’t any high pitch noise at louder volumes and the bass definitely packed a punch. I also loved the fit and the battery life of these headphones.

I bought this for my daughter after her beats phones went outdated. Highly recommend. Great battery and sound. I use AirPods from Apple and I can say with certainty this is better looking in my ears and better fitting. The AirPods sound slightly better but these are great sounding EarPods. I plant on getting another for my iPhone simply since it looks nicer. My daughter has a Samsung and she loves these. Wireless charging and great battery.

Great sound, bass and isolation, So light weight you'll forget its they are in, they are tougher than they look, waterproof and light. they connect instantly they stay snug in your ears but should you lose one, the find feature they are always easy to locate and they have great range, and the ability to connect to multiple device at once. Samsung does it again!

So right before a big vacation, I misplaced my AirPods that I have had since they got released. Apple headphones never really agreed with my ears, I could only wear them for an hour or so max before I had to take them off because they got too uncomfortable. The AirPods were the same story, loved the functionality of them but I simply couldn't wear them long term. I had seen a YouTube video on the new Sony earbuds and went to my local Best Buy to pick up a set, but they weren't in stock yet! Looking on their aisle of earbuds, I was intrigued by these $130 Samsungs and bought a set sight unseen/unknowing. Wow! What a great purchase! I wore these practically the entire time of my flight from Florida to Italy except for a little time to charge from the case. I'm happy with the noise isolation, I'm happy with the sound, and I'm super happy with how comfortable they are, I could wear these all day or at least until the battery was depleted. It was nice that they came with three sets of tips, as apparently my ear canals are slightly different sized, so I have the large tip on my right bud and the medium sized one on the left, they fit fantastic in this configuration. They paired super easy with my iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, and while it is an extra few steps to get them to paid over the AirPods auto join, that is trade-off I'm willing to live with (this isn't a problem if you are on a Samsung phone apparently). I would recommend these earbuds to anyone!

Perfect snug fit, don't fall out, water resistant, awesome sound, wireless charging case, connect easily and I've never dropped connection, and top it off with a reasonable price compared to other brands. What more could you want?! We accidentally washed a pair (which was still in the case) in a washer. The buds survived with no issues, but the case didn't. Replaced the case and good as new!

Comfortable, great fit. Love that they do not slowly fall out of the ear socket. I wear them for work and whenni exercise. Also they have and amazing battery life.

Honestly these things make me feel like a CIA agent or something. You don't even need to touch your phone at all to interface with them thanks to Google assistant. The sound quality is about what you would expect from $100-150 earphones nothing too amazing but they sound very nice. It's the comfort of these that really amazed me. I went from the 50 dollar jbud air to these and omg. The Jbuds would hurt my ears after about 20 minutes and these are still comfortable after 4 hours of wearing them. Speaking of wearing them for long periods of time. The battery life of these are phenomenal. It's about 6 hours of battery life in one charge and about 3 from the case but that effectively gives it a battery life of about 18 hours making them feel like the battery never dies. Also the case is wireless charging so I just leave a wireless charger on my desk for the case and it always is at 100%. Dont settle for less for true wireless just get the most cost effective option you can buy right here!

These ear buds are truly fantastic! Very easy to connect to your phone and super easy to use. There long battery life and comfort will allow you to wear these ear buds for as long as you want. The sounds quality is great with no lang time when watching videos on your device. Consumers will not be disappointed with the latest ear buds that Samsung has created. Enjoy!

I was heavily contemplating which wireless earbuds were the best for the price, as you probably are right now sifting through reviews. Let me tell you, after purchasing these earbuds, I am more than impressed! They fit more comfortably than my old go-to pair of wired earbuds and sound just as good if not better! The Bluetooth connection was instantaneous and I have not had any issues with the connection besides walking out of range which was completely expected. The charge holds for an impressive amount of time and I love how easily and securely they pop into the charging case. If you are on the fence about getting these earbuds, this is your sign to go for it! I am so happy with my purchase, and you will be to!

I'm normally a over ear headphone guy so I got these with a mind to through the in the closet for emergency use. But I figured why not? Might as well use them at least once in the gym... expectations exceeded. They do a really and I mean REALLY good job of keeping noise out and the sound is not "loud" (I like having high sound to block out the outside noise) the precision and treble were great. I have weird shaped ears so normally these type of headsets slip in my ear, nope not these. I literally used the tips that were already on them and they stayed for an entire 2 hour gym session (1 hour elliptical, 37 minutes weights, and the rest was moving around and walking to my truck). I got rid of my Galaxy phone and went back to my iPhone and on this phone the only thing you can do is play, pause, skip, and go back. Pretty sure samsung just doesn't want to make the app available for iphone because of competition, but they work you just gotta use the phone eq settings. Good pair of ear buds.

Great set of ear buds for work and fun. I use them (only one) in the office. They fit inside the ears very well. Sound quality is great. Bass is not overpowering, but I didn't expect it from these. Battery life is awesome. I can use these all day (10hrs). Not constantly playing. I have them in and out of the charging case due to meetings and lunch.

The galaxy buds are great in terms of size and weight. If you have samsung phone then the connectivity and stability is better compared to any other phone. Sound quality is good but not the best. One negative point is the microphone /call quality. Hopefully they can improve in next edition

For basic sound and good fit, these were pretty good headphones without the cord. I had some J birds with the wire and didnt like how they fit. These like the AirPods fit well and surprised they stay in when playing basketball or jogging. No issues with sweating, though only a few times since I had them. Sync well and was able to answer calls with no issues when phone in pocket. Saw many reviews saying call quality sucks, but it gets the job done and I didnt see anything that was like “oh man these suck”. Charge is great and case is nice and slick, kind of slippery, so handle well. Battery life works well and charge them on my charging pad with my phone. If you really need AirPods to fit in and have the stick of the air pod showing outside your ear, stick with it, but these will compete with them (minus PRO version) and they are black. Apple will probably charge $50 more for a black version AirPod down the road.

I love these samsung buds. They work so well with the all samsung phones. You open the case and it will automatically pop up on your phone. Just like the airpods works on iphones. The 3 different earpieces fill fit a range of ear sizes. I used the small ones and they fit very well in my ear. For music these are pretty good and since they are inside your ear they feel like if they have noise cancelling. The noise quality is ok, I think they need to improve this on their next generation. Maybe add more microphones so it can pick up sound better and block out more noise. The case is very nice and it has wireless charging built in. A very convenient feature. I have the note 10 so I can use power share to charge them. They last a good 5 hours and the case charges them back to full twice. For the price I think these are a solid option and they look great in your ear.

I really like these. They sound really good and battery life is as advertised. Are there other truly wireless earbuds out there with bettery battery? Yes. But, owning an S10e, and a Galaxy Active 2, this makes sense for me. The app works great. The charging case is good for 1 chage and maybe a 10-15% top off. Took me a few tries to get the right fit, and to know when they were in correctly and mic was facing correct direction. I know it sounds fairly straight forward, but they fit just so. The customized taps work great, so does ambient mode. I have my left as Bixby and the right as Quick Ambient. No issues, yet, with lag, and both ears are in sync. Needs better IP rating. I think though, that there are a lot of TW earbuds out there that will work fine at many price points, but owning Samsung, this make sense as far as integration goes.
