I am able to connect in my dell laptop too and use to talk on the treams and zoom calls too. So I can use this in my phone and in the laptop too.

Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Take a moment to review, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" or more great information on how to get that perfect fit for your Galaxy Buds2 Pro. It happens randomly and I have no clue if there is something that causes it.

My challenge was that I couldnt get the buds to fit in my ear securely... I tried each size of the foam pads and none seemed secure... I bought them for several upcoming intercontinental airline flights. I dropped one of them and almost lost it on my first flight. In fact, they fell out of my ears several times and I stopped using them for fear of losing one or both....
