Great little ear buds

There is a application that can help adjust these to your ears. That app helped to so me a problem with my right ear. I could not get it to calibrate to my right ear, so I moved the right device to my left ear, and it worked fine. Apparently, I have an issue with my right ear drum. But they sound Great and the battery lasts a reasonable time..

I did have to use the protection plan as the right ear bud went bad so this is my second pair. Definitely get the warranty. Batteries are great, sounds amazing and always connects fast.

Great sound and they stay put. The only thing that keeps me from giving them five stars is changing songs while trying to run. I can easily change the volume working out or walking but when running faster and wanting to change back a song or two, the back option (3 presses for one song in the exact spot on the ear bud) can be aggravating at times. Overall, very good ear buds and would buy again.

These are super comfy, battery life is great and sound quality is great. Only thing is the mic, apprently it doesnt sound as good as the phone but thats their problem.

Especially when it comes down to price-tag and value. Save your money and buy something Cheaper, or upgrade to Sony WF1000XM5 series. The Good: Sound quality is good, not the best I experienced. Connectivity is good. It's durable. The Bad: It has trouble staying in my ears - even when I swap ear size pieces (plastic). If you push earbud in too hard, it creates a vacuum which hurts the inside of your ear. About 11months of usage, One earbud mic is interfering with the other earbud, creating a LOUD Ring when in proximity. Other Note: BestBuy does not service Samsung warranty too. Unless you have BestBuy protection plan.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Before wearing your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, or Buds2 Pro, make sure the earbud tips are attached. Wearing your earbuds properly will ensure they remain comfortable when you’re listening to your favorite content. Only issues is they need to be a little louder. Microphones are great as well but AirPods are more clear when talking on them. These have s better battery than AirPod pros

Sound quality is fantastic, active noise cancelling is great, I love the feature that temporarily switches to "active listening" when it detects you speaking. No popping them out or constantly switching modes. Very intuitive! The ability to turn off the finger tap feature is super helpful if you wear gaiters or anything for work that cover your ears. Highly recommended if you own a Galaxy phone!

The sound quality is excellent and has a great fit in my ears without coming loose. It works seamlessly woth my samsung phone and tablet. I was debating it, but glad I ended up pulling the trigger!

These amplify my voice when not yet paired to a device, which is weird to me, but I'll get used to it. My only complaint is actually from my better half who's phone pops up wanting to pair with the buds when I open the case, or with the TV when she's in the middle of playing a game. (Both are samusung devices so it's not surprising this happens) I haven't looked to see if there is a way to disable this on the devices. Long battery life, works great on my phone, tv, tablet and well, annoying my better half when she's playing match three games on her phone and the notification pops up for her.
