Sudden disconnect

The ambient sound take a little getting used to but works well, even allowing me to hear things i wouldn't on my own. However there are times when whatever im listening to will cut out for about 3 seconds and resume. Im still not sure what causes that and how to change it.

Mixed feelings

I originally bought a refurbished one and then the left side stopped working. I liked them so much i bought a new one but about the same time the left side went out. I dont know whats wrong here. The sound is amazing and the fit is great but that left side haha.
