I purchased these buds as a gift and have not received any complaints. I also purchased them for myself because they're that awesome. No issues with answering the phone, listening to music or watching YouTube. Amazing!

Love my buds+. Before these i had the buds true and lost those on a vacation. Day after i came back home i had to buy these buds. Did my research and they are exactly what i need.

This is the 2nd set I bought and both sets stopped working. One of the earbuds loses it's sound. The sound is very very faint. And the other intermittently goes in and out. If it wasn't for them messing up, we would have loved them.

I purchase my Galaxy buds and was extremely happy with the purchase. Sales staff at this by great and the beds are exactly what I thought they'd be thanks Best Buy!

This is my 3rd time buying this type of air piece. Doesnt last at all. Drops offmy ears. This set got loose again, and dropped at the gym tonight. Looked around the treadmill l was on to no avail. This is a bad ear piece. Bestbuy needs to stop selling malfunctioned products

Always trust the brand Samsung. They work great , good quality and best ambient mode. Its worth it!!

I bought the Galaxy Buds2 looking for compact headphones with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and the quality has exceeded my expectations for the price range. ​The sound quality is excellent, featuring a balanced profile and bass that feels powerful without being overwhelming. The ANC function isn't the best on the market (don't expect total silence like with much pricier models), but it does a solid job on buses or planes by silencing consistent low-frequency noise. The Ambient Sound Mode works wonderfully for clearly hearing my surroundings. ​They are extremely light and comfortable. I can wear them for hours without feeling fatigue, and they fit very snugly, even for gym use. ​The only imperfect detail is the touch controls, which I sometimes accidentally trigger when adjusting the bud in my ear. ​Final Verdict: If you own a Samsung Galaxy phone, these are a mandatory purchase because of the seamless integration. But even with other devices, they offer premium sound quality, a super comfortable design, and advanced features for a very fair price. Highly satisfied with the purchase.

The sound is good the volume is good the volume is not to high but ok not much bass at all but the #1 issue i have is the connectivity problem it cuts in and out when im outside cant listen to music without it constantly cuting in and out with a robotic sound an inteferance of some sort. For $149.99 not worth it at all. So many better choices in the market these days.

I purchased the Galaxy + hoping that they would be better than the original buds but they are not. I mostly use them to listen to books. I have problems when trying to answer the phone because the touch feature isn't that good.

Ive had these for a year 1/2 now and they still hold up. Make you clean the case with an alcohol cleaner and it doesnt hurt to take off the rubber ear pieces and soak them in warm soap water for a minute or 2 just to get dirt and ear gunk off. The touch capabilities are so so nice. This got me through work, long long car rides talking to people hands free etc etc. " hey google" works so dang nice! Im upgrading to the recently made samsung buds since these ones are perfect I noticed they used to never ever die because of that case. But since Ive been using them for more than 8 hours a day for the past 1 1/2 the case doesnt hold a charge as long and the ear buds stop lasting to 8 hours. There were days where I'd forget to put the earbuds back in their case and i'd put them in a work pocket instead and they'd still have some charge left Instant connection all the time. Id have my ear buds playing while my phone would be connected to other Bluetooth speakers and a computer all at once. I used the sound canceling alot at work since i work with machines.

These our my second pair of earbuds as I decided to switch to Galaxy to match the phone Samsung Note 20 Ultra. They connected to the phone as I opened the case and have immediate telemetry. Amazing. You can run diagnostics to determine if the earbuds are the correct size. Noise Canceling works quite well. The battery life lasts the entire day (using it for most of the day listening to music and taking phone calls). Charges pretty quickly in the case and the case charges remarkably fast (1 hour on a pad charge platform). Sound quality is excellent. Since the buds are really good at blocking sounds, Recommend that you use the ambient sound feature when taking calls so that you can gauge your voice (so you won't sound like you're shouting at the other person on the other end of your phone call). They are sturdy as I have dropped them multiple times in the case and when removing from ears. They work as brand new. You will be happy with your purchase and value these offer.

Here is the simple truth. AirPods Pro are the best wireless earbuds WITH the ANC feature. Galaxy Buds+ are the best wireless earbuds WITHOUT the ANC feature. I love my Galaxy Buds+ and would highly recommend them to family or friends. Here are the positives: - Great sound...better than my AirPods - Great bass...better than my AirPods - Great all day battery life - Available in 3 colors - No latency on mobile games or YouTube - The companion app works for iOS and Android - Mics were bad last year but they are great now for calls Here are the negatives: - No ANC - Bluetooth range is average - Glossy case is a fingerprint and scratch magnet Bottomline...these are the best wireless earbuds that aren’t AirPods Pro. They have the best sound and the best bass at an affordable price. The 11 hour battery life is legit. The biggest flaw last year was the mic call quality but that’s been fixed this year. I wish they had ANC because once you use that feature on an airplane or noisy environment...earbuds without that feature don’t have the same overall user experience. If you’ve never used ANC you won’t notice and these will do you just fine especially if you want to save $100.

Great product. I myself aim to own anything that will be able to sync with the Galaxy Eco-system. With that being said, these earbuds were my first at trying the Samsung earbuds as I have had many previous headphones to be comparing these, so keep that in mind. Sound quality is very rich and for the price, it's on point. Tow bass with comfortable treble. The design is sleep and VERY comfortable . Although, as with any earbud, if you yawn or leave in without adjusting them for a lengthy period of time, they can start slipping. The connection is swift and very handy to connect to other devices by just switching to one device to another once you've paired up with it initially. Example, my phone, laptop and even other devices, once I've paired, I can easily just click connect and the earbuds switch instantly without having to re-establish the blue-tooth pairing. Having it paired with a galaxy device, is even more beneficial as I can edit the sound quality, EQ, ambient and ANC within the app. Also the case will charge the headphones rather quickly giving an almost prolonged amount of time of usage. I'd say one of the best battery life I've seen on a set by far and with the case able to charge them without being hooked up via usb-c, i'd say that makes it a 10 outta 10 . GREAT PRODUCT and worth EVERY penny.

They look great. Pairing was a snap. But the volume is so low I can hardly hear. I expected more.....well- more
