Love the noise cancelling, color and battery. Work well and is easy to connect.

Honestly disappointed with these buds. Under 30 days of use and they are incredibly unreliable. Was unable to return because Best Buy only allows 14 day returns on these. Samsung manufacture has 1 year warranty, but when "repaired" issues come back intermittently. Issues I've faced within 1 month of owning: -Doesn't always charge, I often end up with 1 earbud fully charged and 1 earbud at 30% after taking out of case. -When ANC Active, Constant Ringing/Whining in left earbud and when ANC Off, no sound whatsoever. -Physical design imo is worse than the Buds1, this is more subjective but these fall out of my ears way easier than the Buds 1 and I'm constantly fiddling with them to keep them in even when resting on an airplane not doing anything physical. Fiddling with them causes the touch controls to interrupt my media and controls. -Mic often doesn't work during calls, might be a connectivity thing. When they work they sound solid though which is why 2 stars.

I love these earbuds. I have had Jabras, airpods, and 3 pairs of galaxy buds. The last 3 were all galaxy buds. They sound great, fit in the ear really well, and the touch control actually makes sense.

Great Sound! Easy to use and connect. The noise canceling is Awesome! Battery life is good. Depends on what when and what I use them for. I have recommended to friends and family, they love them!

Bought them for my wife as a Christmas gift and she absolute loves them. She has smaller ears so the actual in ear part fits well and they sound amazing

Love these earbuds. They feel comfortable even with long use. What's more, thry have a very good quality sound to my ears. I actually like the size and fit of these over yhe pro version.

These dont blow my mind or anything, but they sound great and i really like the transparency mode on them. They are also very comfortable

Great cost to quality ratio by far. These headphones have been working for years now with great sound and signal reaching far across the house even through walls. Love the depth in sound. EQ through app helps manage transparency mode to meet your comfort and needs. Love the color as well.

Very good audio quality, comfortable but very easily slip out of your ears because of the very smooth surface not good for the gym.

Really nice if you have a galaxy phone. The ability to set the earbuds to noise cancelling or white noise in the app is super convenient and the noise cancelling works way better than I would've expected. Overall, they have really good sound quality. The app also plays a noise to find lost earbuds and it's a lot louder than when I was trying to find apple airpods. My main issue is the case. These are my second pair and both times I've have to constantly recharge the case daily or every other day. It gets inconvenient having to constantly recharge their case. Also, if the case gets dropped the earbuds will fall out almost every time. The earbuds also sometimes aren't the best quality during calls. I've had people tell me they can't hear me very well and I'll have to adjust the positioning of the earbuds for them to properly hear me. Overall, really nice pair of earbuds and would still reccomend them over airpods if you have a galaxy device. They also work well and connect easily with iPhone.

They work great overall. 2 minor issues. I'm a landscaper mind you so I sweat, a lot! Plus, I always have a sun hat on with an attached neck cover. That said, I had to turn off the touch controls because they kept getting activated by my sweaty hat. Secondarily i put the sweatproof speakers to the ultimate test and one did foul out due to being flooded with sweat. I have honestly yet to find a pair of in ear buds that were able to stand up to my normal day of work.

Best ear buds ive had yet. Stay in my ear while working. Pauses sound when i remove bud which is very nice

Very easy to connect and the sound is also good. They are secure enough to workout in at the gym, but I'm not sure I'd trust them while running.

They sound good, fit great and have worked without issue. The ANC is pretty good and the passive noise cancelling is fantastic in my ears. Easy recommend.

Good sound! If it is really windy outside it can affect the sound. Battery last so long!

The sound quality is good and battery life is great. I can go 2 to 3 days depending without charging. The connectivity is the worst, there's a 5 second delay to connect and another 5 second delay for the person to hear you, super frustrating. I hope this gets fixed other than that its a good head phone
