    Doesn't fit the ear very well, even with the different options of inserts. Overall disappointed vs the ones I previously had.

      Good day Dr4golf, thanks for sharing your feedback with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We appreciate your constructive input as we improve our product line. Wearing your earbuds properly is very important for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds.     Anc cant handle loud noises and makes popping noises, constantly disconnecting, touch control is better than the pro 2 but still not perfect if you like to wear hats and hoods. Will probably return

    Horrible IP RATING AND CHARGING ISSUE

    Bought my original pair in January after a few uses ikep getting messages say right or left earbud not charging. Finally after i light walk/run at the gym i took them off, wiped them down and put them to charge. Got the red light constantly blink and not charging. I exchanged them February 28 and after the first gym session i again wipes them down , put them to charge an same blinking red light again. This time they started letting off an burnt smell. Im not aure how these are IP57 rated yet cant take a little sweat (nothing crazy) i am completely disappointed and will be returning my 2nd pair. DO BETTER SAMSUNG!!

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro case isn't charging the earbuds, here's a few things you can so right away to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device: 1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds. 2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly. 3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging. Your Galaxy Bids3 Pro have been IP rated for submersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes (charging case is not water resistant).     Absolutely terrible. These earbuds are the worst Samsung product I have ever owned. What's unfortunate is they actually sound very good with deep punchy bass but it's not worth it with all the issues. First major issue is they don't fit well at all in ear. They constantly fall out (of course will be different with everyone as everyone's ear size is different) which required me to purchase an accessory to keep them in. Second major issue is a charging issue. The junk earbuds kept saying there is moisture detected and wouldn't charge. Third issue is I owned 3 pairs of these trash earbuds and all 3 have the same issue after 3 weeks. The right earbuds bass is significantly less the the left. 5 stars for Best buy with amazing customer service letting me return this junk after the return policy was over. I don't recommend these earbuds at all. Constant problems and a terrible product from Samsung which is sad because I really wanted to like these but all these issues is just ridiculous!!
