When I received the first pair, they were scratched, dirty, had ear wax in the case, and missing the pieces that go into the ear. None of which falls under the “excellent” guidelines. I went back to the store and exchanged them for another pair. This pair would distort every call a few minutes into the call. Very unhappy with the open box process at Best Buy!
