It is easy to use, very accessible to everything and very fast, I have 3 years with it and it has never given me problems.

Touch screen for low price love the color. Sleek and lite weight

I love this laptop! The screen is nice and large, the brightness and clarity are crisp and the battery power is long lasting. They keyboard is quiet but there isn't a caps lock button, home key, page up or down so if you are used to using those keys regularly than you may need a separate wireless keyboard. The touch screen is great and the keyboard disables once you fold the Chromebook to the screen-view only. Apps are easily downloaded in the Play store and run smoothly. If you're looking for a crisp camera for zoom, this one is a bit fuzzy, the clarity is not great. I don't use it all that often so it wasn't a huge factor for me when purchasing.

This machine is wonderful! We purchased for my MIL to replace her outdated Chromebook and it is so worth the price. 6 years of service!! Now I am shopping for my hubby for Christmas because he wants an upgrade.

I got flack for buying a chromebook because "it wasn’t a $1600 gaming machine". I dont game - I use it for school & research. I have a 15.6" HP Envy x360 thats 9 years old now whose on life support but other than the battery runs a little slow. After weeks of research and indecisiveness I pulled the on this one and this is what I like. You open it up and its ready to go no start up. The screen is crisp and gets brighter than I need it. Web apps open and load virtually instantly noticeably fast compared to my HP. 13" is incredibly portable and light i can lift it with one hand and the finish feels premium. Love the superfast usb-c charger & charges my s24 rapidly, short charge to full, battery lasts multiple days between charge, heavy use would say 10 hours. Keyboard is not backlitt & screen is touch - features I guess, dont personally care for them. Switching from microsoft to google productivity apps is a breeze. Specs wise anything higher would just be overkill and at a higher pricetag.

I absolutely love this laptop as a 19 year old college student. It’s smaller and lightweight perfect for transportation.

I have owned this chromebook for about a month, so far it is as good as advertised. Incredibly fast browsing speeds, had minor issue with certain areas experiencing lower mbps but turning off the Bluetooth seems to have solved that. Biggest attraction by far is the screen, the QLED looks spectacular, I have never seen a laptop screen look this sharp, Streaming video quality is exceptional. Battery life is not quite as good as advertised, but it never is, and it lasts long enough for me to go a few days of light/moderate use without charging. Overall this is a premium chromebook that delivers the performance and quality you would expect for that tier.

What a gorgeous looking Chromebook. Love the flashy Fiesta red color, but the sticker that they have Mars the aesthetic - and getting it off in one piece is nearly impossible. But, once it's off, the machine is a Chromebook beast with a gorgeous QLED 1080p display. The unit also allows you to use a USI stylus, which is a nice perk - but those of you with S-pens from Samsungs flagship phones may be disappointed that don't work with it. The advemt of Microsoft Office makes it so that real work can be done even offline, so if you are in the market for a Chromebook, don't hesitate. One caveat: it seems like some of these keyboards are suffering from a glitch that makes it so that you get two characters when you only punch a key once.

Great little chromebook for classes . Fits nicely in the backpack and battery last long time and very updated from the last laptop.

This is an excellent chromebook. My know knock on it is that it is quite expensive for what you get. The screen looks great and is plenty fast. The keyboard is the only item that is not great on it.

Amazing resolution and very good speed. Are you going to play AAA games? That's not what this was built for. Excellent office usage and general home usage. Keeps a charge very well and is very quiet.

Light weight, 6-7 hours on one charge AND charging is so fast. It's a small laptop, easy to travel with, and instead of paying for MS Word, I use free Google Docs and save money.

Fiesta Red rules while everyone else has that GRAY color. The Red really pops as does the power! Lightweight and effortless to use. This ain't your kid's Chromebook.
