Love this Chromebook. The color is catchy and love how well it operates and turns on. Would recommend.

This is my first Chromebook, but the thing seems pretty solid. The screen is fantastic, and it hasn't had any trouble handling what I've thrown at it, which to be honest isn't much. Maybe a dozen open tabs and an instance of YouTube Music. Done some mild editing of word and spreadsheets in Drive, it does all of that just fine. My only complaint is there's just something off about the keyboard. I can't quite put my finger on it (no pun intended). It's a good size with nice travel on the keys, but for some reason it feels a little off and I find myself making more mistakes on it than other keyboards. The trackpad is quite nice though.

Fabulous Laptop - great build quality and design - a very modern look and feel (compared to most other Chromebooks on the market). I couldn't give it a perfect 5 because the speakers are on the bottom, so if you use the laptop on your lap or soft surface (couch, bed, etc) you can't hear the sound clearly at all (even in max volume).

Great laptop overall. Great graphics, Slim, and fast. Only issue i had was not being able to run certain windows programs because it is afterall a chromebook. But if you don't have any programs that require windows or mac. Its perfect for almost everything

Made this purchase without a ton of research and soul searching like I usually do. I needed something that was lightweight, nearby THAT day and not a budget buster. It has been super fast, comfortable, and the display is as good as advertised. It gets used in laptop mode most of the time. Tablet mode seems to work fine, but not what it bought for. One extra USB port would have been handy, (it has two), but not essential.

I am really happy with my purchase! I was initially looking into upgrading my I-pad mini 3 tablet, however this little 2-1 laptop gem caught my eye! I like the convenience of being able to use it as a laptop or a tablet. Speed is great for my liking! The screen quality is nice. It's compatible with Chromebook stylus.

I have owned multiple Chromebooks and this is likely the best yet. I’d rate the screen as excellent and the speed as very good. The only downside is the keyboard. It is rather flat and had little key travel, making extensive typing a chore. However, I can always flip the Samsung into “tent” mode and use an external keyboard.

I really enjoy how easy and user friendly the Chromebook is. Not to mention it's very pretty and easily transported for day to day activities. The battery life meets my needs, and when I need to use it, it starts up in no time.

I've only had this new laptop for about 2 weeks, but, I am absolutely LOVING it, it's not only lighter then my old one, but, it's so much faster too. I waited 9 years to get myself a new laptop to do work realted activities and video projects, and this is exactly what I could ask for. Plus, it's also part tablet as well.

It's not really a successor to the original Samsung Galaxy Chromebook but it gets one thing right! The battery! If you have the original, you know what I mean. This one is still sleek, thin, and feels great in the hand. The keyboard is better than good and you can actually see them unlike the original.

I am very Pleased with my purchase of the Samsung Chromebook! I ordered on Line from my Local Best Buy Store, it was In Stock & was ready in less than an hour! In Store Pick Up was a Breeze & Saved alot of time; I had questions & was referred to a CS Rep; Rec'd in Store Help from CS Rep within 15 minutes; I needed to purchase Microsoft 365 which was ideal for what I wanted to use my Chromebook for! I also Purchased a Printer which was Shipped, Rec'd in a few days & Handled with Care! CS also explained how Instant Ink worked. I Strong suggest that you use this Subscription Service, All you have to do is Purchase the Paper. Many Options for Instant Ink Subscription to meet your Usage Needs! I purchased the Chromebook as I have Parkinson's Disease & Use to be so Computer Literate, I was Opertions Manager for a Multi- Billion Corp. When I got sick I had to leave my Job & get very Confused. The Chromebook has Boosted my Spirits & I am learning how to use the Programs, etc again! If you have a Person you know who has never used a Computer before or has gotten sick. Please Purchase the Chromebook The Speed, Ease of Usage Supprt is Outstanding!

I purchased last year’s version of this chromebook (OLED one) and I had to return it because the battery life was terrible. I was getting 4 hours per charge at best. This chromebook on the other hand has the same great finish as last year’s model, an amazing QLED screen, which looks much nicer than my Surface, and I have gotten about 11 hours of battery life. The price is also much more affordable.

Reliable, straightforward, great battery life, splashy color. Not found anything I don't like about this Chromebook. The transition from laptop to Chromebook hasn't been too hard to manage and the intuitive controls of the Chromebook made things simple. Very happy with the purchase.

I am moving to this Chromebook from the Pixelbook Go. I Love the slim size, Battery life, and QLED screen. The Keyboard is a little bit of a learning curb, but excellent Chromebook. Using as my current daily driver.

Bought this for my dad who is horrible with computers. The chromeOS is much easier for him to use since it is similar to his Android phone. He mostly just browses the internet and checks emails so this is more than enough for him and the lower resource usage of the OS means the battery life is excellent. The screen on this is also great, very vibrant and bright

Runs great, its lightweight, battery lasts a decent amount of time. My only gripe is that I couldnt just swap the OS to linux on this, which I had originally hoped to do. I didn't look that info up before so thats all on me.
