Outstanding, I got this for Law School as just a simple word processor for notes. It as met that need and more. Great computer for the money. It is thin and fit in a back pack like a notebook.

I needed something that was easy to use and that wouldn’t completely frustrate me and the associate at Best Buy made sure to help me get something that was just right for me. I am working and learning new things each day and am a happy with my purchase!

The screen is truly amazing on this machine. Like crazy good. If Samsung had put a better processor in this thing (it's slow) and given it 8gb of ram instead of 4gb, it would have been a real winner. As it is, it's an overpriced machine that's runs a bit slow.

I like the touch screen and the size of this model.

Awesome Chromebook can’t complain about anything yet. Very easy to use. Great for streaming and other things. Little pricy but worth it. It’s a little bit of plastic on the frame work but it’s a great get if your looking for a Chromebook .

Its so easy to use and makes everything seamless across all my google accounts. I like the size and the ability to fold the screen back.

Got this as a gift for my granddaughter. She likes the look of it and the features that are on it. Clear picture and easy to use. Extremely satisfied.

Second Chromebook I've owned, first from Samsung, easier to operate than my previous outing into Chromebooks. Probably has something to do with the fact that I have owned Samsung tablets in the past, which made the transition easier. Google won't let me load Microsoft 365, so have to use the Chrome browser. It also won't let me load Edge as a browser. I was able to load Outlook, OneNote and OneDrive however. My tablets have been 8" and 10" screens, so appreciate the 12.4" screen and having an attached keyboard. Didn't have to buy a separate cover with a Bluetooth keyboard.

Excellent laptop, working great and everything looks so clear. Love being able to text from my laptop and have my apps on my laptop. Turning it to a table is also great

Arrived promptly, a breeze to set up. Great screen for reading text, suitable for web browsing, email, reading news. Two usb-c full function ports for charging, data and video make this a versatile device.

I got this as a gift for my teenage daughter and she absolutely loves it.

Excellent product, it has all needed to work on the go. It is light, and easy to carry. I still have to figure it out how to word with office 365, but overall very good product, I recommend it.
