I needed a phone quick and picked this one up, but was not compatible with metropcs carrier. Phone is slow compared to other phones i have used. Animated window transitions delayed multitasking and seemed useless. Phone was returned.

I bought this phone for my wife to use after she broke both of her iphones. I'm not sure how she break the iphones, but she couldn't make a dent into this phone. It's durable and has all the functionalities of her old phones. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks Bestbuy and Samsung!

I replaced my ageing iPhone 5s with this and am very pleasantly surprised. Fantastic display, good battery life and a much more acceptable version of Android OS. I miss a few features from my iPhone, but, at this price, I have no complaints. I don't understand why people spend so much money on the (much) more expensive Samsung phones. Ok, the camera is just ok, but not bad in good lighting. Besides, I have my Canon 70D for that.
