Works perfectly

She thought she could just call T Mobile and switch the sim card and be back online but it was a bit more complicated. The old sim card did not fit in the new phone but a short trip to T Mobile and she was back in business. She loves the new phone.

Replacement phone

To replace it at AT&T would've been $120 more than this phone and it's the same phone. Wish I would've known about it the first time.

This is my first cell phone. Works great so far.

I'm satisfied with the phone itself but I'm disappointed that I can't pick up a signal in more places with my AT&T service. My sister has a more expensive phone and gets service with AT&T in places I can't when we stand side-by-side.
