I have some troubles with my existing smart phone and carrier. So I looked around a bit and landed on Best Buy's floor. The young man was knowledgeable and helped me purchase a great phone. My wife liked it and we went back down and bought another one. Good experience.

This is not a bad phone. I was looking for a low price phone for basic calling, social media and google maps. I think this phone is ideal if you are using your company provided line. For around 100 bucks its a nice to have phone. spending 1000$ does not make sense.

Looks almost like other flagship Samsung phones except for the plastic back cover. Bought this for an elder in the family and is sufficient for all needs.

This is a good phone for the features it has although the camera is of lower quality. However, the phone features work well so to me the price was worth the value.

This is a basic smart phone, but you can run mostly all necessary app smoothly. Value for money and good for backup phone

Good value. Good sound quality. I can have a conversation in my vehicle without having to roll up my window. This is my second one. Both are working fine.

I only use it to browse n navigate once in a while since it is my secondary phone. So, i don't use It to run too many apps. It has been very good so far

If anyone can have good hearing the phone is excellent,but for me, I couldn't hear that well as I have a severe loss of hearing so unfortunately I had to return it. But since I had never owned a cell phone before, I really enjoyed the other features on it.

Good phone with HD screen and good RAM. It runs all common apps properly. Needs improvement on camera. Currently only 5MP. It should be at least 8MP

couple months and no problem. Its very quick loading and battery life is the best I've seen for a budget phone.

My mother's phone died, so I went to find her an inexpensive replacement. This phone was perfect for her. She mostly uses the phone for calling, texting and a few apps. Since she got the phone, she's had no problems with it and it has been dependable.

Great phone. Easy to use for previous android users. Cheap price. Looks similar to the Galaxy S6 when you compare the features. I recommend the product

This is a great phone for my boys 11 and 15, it has the cool features of the Samsung Galaxy, and great price point. My boys really enjoy their phones.

If you are not the High fi guide who uses all the apps and features of a smartphone, then this phone will just do what a phone does. great call quality

Bought this for use overseas. Had worked well. No issues. As usual another excellent Samsung mobile phone. Good mobile network and WiFi coverage.

Speed. Capacity and screen are ok but the price point is what i expected fpr quality.

I was looking for new unlocked phone without breaking the bank. This phone is a great value. The resolution of the camera is great. It has all the latest features and is very user friendly. In this price range it will be hard to finda better phone

This phone has enough memory and speed to handle my 12 year old. I want him to have enough memory to play his games and to keep some pictures. It's his first phone so it provides enough memory to keep him honest. Good purchase for the money.

Got this for an emergency and definitely a good phone for calls and text, even web browsing and social media managing
