This is my first "smart phone". Being an older member of the Galaxy series, it may be difficult to find a cover for it. There were none at BB or the web site. Found many on A'zon. The phone is the perfect size for me, not too big and not too small. Haven't had any problems with it and there are a huge number of 'droid apps for it.

This phone has been very handy and has clear audio and nice pictures from the camera. One thing more I like about it is the battery lasts long between recharges.

This phone is exactly what was necessary for multiple country travel. Interchanging SIM cards and using multiple service providers has been a breeze. The price point was right. And I haven't had to use it but also purchased the 2 year geek squad accidental insurance. Recommended

My girlfriend lost her I phone 6 plus I bought this to replace her lost phone. It does everything she needs it to do for 150 bucks , camera isn't the best but that's ok .

It's more compact than my last phone. The touch screen functions differently from my previous phone. It requires a swipe versus touch (on the iPhone). Some screens are more sensitive than others depending on the app being used. So it takes a little time to get used to it. Otherwise, it functions well overall meeting my basic needs for a phone (email, text, calls).

if you are looking for a temporary replacement smart phone for less price you can go with this model. Works ok, it's not that fast.

Had it for nearly three years and for the price I could not have asked for much more. Phone calls are not great but it has been solid overall.

A good backup Android for accidents or traveling. Thin and wide like the Galaxy series, so it needs some protective covering. Good battery life despite sitting on a shelf for who-knows-how-long. Also a great way to introduce smartphones to new users (young and old and in between).

This is a great unlocked phone from a reputed brand. It works flawlessly but would be better if it had a fingerprint scanner.

I love the phone, wonderful purchase. But I would update the sim card size on the site. Other than that, no problems, but was trying to find the right sim card size for the phone and my local Best Buy didn't carry what I was looking for, had to purchase it somewhere else.

Price was paramount with this phone. Love Samsung! Obviously not as nice as the Galaxy. One pet peeve is I can't attach more than 1 or 2 pics to a message at a time.

Bought this phone to give as a gift to family member who lives internationally. No hassle with unlocking or problems with sim since it was already an unlocked phone.

The first thing i liked was the easy way to program it. The memory and extra card was very easy to install, all my programs were transfer very smoothly and didnt miss any contact. The price was very affordable. Giving me the same service i was getting with my old phone.

Purchase J3 phone for a trip to Asia and worked like and charm. Uses nano SIM. Camera is good, limired on features but takes nice pictures. Battery life is good.

It is a great phone for temporary use until transitioning to a better one. The price is great for unlocked phone. I gave it 4 stars because of its poor camera.

Needed a phone for under $200 and love Samsung. This was recommended by Samsung associate at store. Works fine, camera not the greatest.

This phone is working out great for my son. It's his first phone and it's doing all the things he need/wants it to do. I like the expandable memory option. We bought it unlocked so we could add it to our T-mobile plan without having to finance another phone.

This phone is fast for the price and does the job. It is an entry level smart phone and will take care of all of your surfing needs.However it is fragile.

It is a good smartphone to have for basic necessity.. Camera is good and work well.

Got this phone for my daughter and it does everything the more expensive phones do and the battery lasts all day. Perfect for her for school and she loves it!
