It had to be scrubbed twice by the store staff, swapped out for a new phone twice. I finally dumped it at a loss and went back to an IPhone

Perfect 1st phone for child

I bought this phone in April of 2017 put it in a cheap case and cheap plastic screen protector and gave it to my 11 year old. It’s been almost 2 years now and it’s still looks impeccable and runs the same as the day I bought it for him!! The screen is strong and hasn’t cracked or scratched at all, which has shocked me the most!! This phone was made well and sturdy. High quality materials and built to last! My clumsy son who drops everything including his phone loves this phone and is great full for the tough glass the screen is made of!!
