    I bought this phone for my husband after he lost his. He wanted a cheap flip phone, but I paid more for this one so he could have a decent camera to take pictures. The phone itself is decent, but he has a lot of problems sending and receiving texts, calls not going through and going into roaming. I'm not sure if the phone is to blame or the service.

    Although it is always a learning experience to get a phone set up, the fellow at Best Buy was helpful to get me started and another fellow helped me to pick out a phone that was reasonable enough to meet my needs

    I ordered this for my husband to replace the LG 2 Stylo....she said the LG was too big...so this one is a more normal size which is what he requested. So far no complaints from him and believe me he loves to complain.

    Needed to quickly replace my Tribute2 and went to Best Buy to see if they had anything avail for Virgin Mobile; they rarely have a selection but I found this phone for sale and in stock. Price was right and it turned out to be a nice little phone. Only drawback ---wish it had an LED indicator light when charging.

    I bought this phone for my mother for mother's day. She had another prepaid phone that was just getting a little old. I actually got this on a great deal so it made the product even better for my mom imo. Works great for her, she likes it. (She only uses her phone for texting, calling, fb messenger and regular fb. )

    Been a virgin mobile customer for more than 10 years both LG and Samsung are the best phones to get. This phone is fast battery life is great. The price is fair.
