My phone crashed unexpectedly and I was not prepared to pay hundreds of dollars for a new phone, but I needed a phone. This phone is great for being less than two hundred dollars. I don't do alot other than calls, texts and browse the internet from time to time. This phone does all that fantastically.

As one of the last people, it seems like, to get a smartphone, the J3 is really a great phone. As a phone it is easy to use and easy to hear callers even in noisy surroundings. For what I wanted, it works great and Best Buy's price was the best I found!

I had previously purchased a jitterbug smartphone for my ederly mother, and the phone never worked very well at all. Sprung for the J3 when the sales assistant pointed out the easy mode - I had always been happy with my Samsung phones. My mother is having a MUCH easier time with this phone and it continues to work very well 6 months out.

The phone works fine for answering calls and texts and sending them. The help the tech gave for instructions on how to use it was very helpful. Could not have done without it. He was very good at setting things up and teaching us the basics since we had not had cell phones before.

All the phone I need. Never would I want to pay 1000.00 for a phone that I only talk, text and scroll thru the internet.

I only bought this phone because my J7 was stolen i needed something quick and I thought I would be disappointed but I'm NOT... Great phone NO complaints, Im in no rush to buy another J7 I would definitely recommend this phone....

My wife bought this phone a year ago and likes it. No problems so far. Relatively easy to set up and use.

Good solid phone for the price. No complaints. Had to replace broken phone while on vacation. Pleasantly surprised with the J3.

The phone is a good one. It is simple and does not have a lot of bells and whistles. It is just what I wanted. I gave it a 4 because I wanted more variety in the alerts and ringer tones. Thanks.

2018 Samsung J3 mobile phone doesn't seem to be complicated when purchased for a new smartphone user, seems easy to use.

The camera is great. Clear pictures. Phone is easy to navigate for e-mail, text and internet. Would recommend to everyone.
