The phone is functional and does not freeze. The picture quality is wonderful and it does not appear fragile.

I bought the phone because I need a 2-sim unlocked phone for international travel. My phone arrived pre-programmed for Spanish, and it was a little tricky to find the way to change to English, since the directions were also in Spanish. But I found it! Also, it would have been helpful to know the year of manufacture for the phone I was buying. I bought a case recommended to go along with the phone, and it turns out it doesn't fit. The speaker is covered by the resin case. Bottom line -- good phone but language and manufacturing year were not clear during purchase.

The phone's best feature is the camera. The phone is very sensitive to touch - so sometimes it goes into mute or signs off when on the phone - which is a problem.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 is a wonderful phone! It gives off a futuristic and modern feel with simplicity. It's hard to not love its sleek design. It has so many new features that are improved based on the past phones (which are all really amazing too, as this one is). I wish it would have live wallpapers and app icons in a detailed shape instead of a box-shaped icon, but it's okay. That's a tiny aesthetic flaw, but everything else is pretty great. If you're looking for a really great phone to show off but don't want to spend a fortune on it, the Galaxy J7 is exactly what you need. Trust me and all the other great reviews on this.

I would like to compliment Erika -- she was very professional and helpful. I had a very old samsung and she was able to move my contacts & pictures over to the new Galaxy J7. I am not crazy about the keyboard but I am getting used to it. Other than that, it seems very nice. I generally don't recommend anything to friends so my answer to the next question is NO. People have to buy what they want although I did let friends know how helpful the staff was at Best Buy - that was very surprising to me as I thought I would have to go to the AT&T store!

The phone is a pretty good phone for the price. It is alot faster then the original J7.

This phone works great for the price. I read the reviews and watched YouTube reviews before purchasing it. My only complaint is that the speaker phone is not loud enough. Other than that, it's a good investment if you're looking for a good smartphone without having to pay too much.

Im impressed with the screen size,great pictures fast and reliable performance.

After I figured out all the settings, the phone has been great for the price. Best Buy price matched the phone so I got an even better deal. The Samsung guy on site showed us the special features and we were ready to go. This phone has an ability to accept an international SIM so that messed with initial set up with AT&T. Once we figured that out - all was good.

The j7 is an incredible smart phone. The camera is great. The speed is fast.

I bought a cell phone on line. Had it delivered by mail. Then, took it to Best Buy to set up. It all went smoothly. Best Buy people were very helpful.

I bought this phone for my wife and liked the gold color and the features that it has. I am glad that she really liked it and that I got it for her.

I put 'Good' because I haven't, activated it with my phone company yet, the phone itself is great. The package came in the day they said it would. It is the color I wanted and even came with headphones which I didn't expect. I was also surprised to see that it has 2 sim card slots and a slot for an SD card. I love it already!

Best balance between price and performance. Fast and good quality.

This is a dual sim smart phone which was what I needed to keep my personal and business lines separated but the calls had to be answered on a speaker phone most of the time because the volumes are not loud enough even on max. Overall, it's a nice phone and installation of my T-mobile sims was a breeze.

I used this during my business trip to the Philippines and it works great withoiut any problems. Easy to use and very reliable.
