Well....

Not happy with a lot of the android features. But... I really like the portability and so I decided to keep it although the price was too high.

It is a nice tablet that has a stylus attached.

However the Best Buy employees were not helpful! I specifically told the salesperson that I needed a tablet for work where I could use excel and word. I had to return to the store to be told that programs similar could be downloaded from the internet. Also I was provided Webroot as a promotional item with my purchase. Again I had to return to the store because I could not download Webroot on my new tablet. After spending several hours in the store with the Geek Squad I was told by a Samsung representative that Webroot was not compatible with my tablet. To add insult to injury, when I complained to the manager about it, she told me that "I could give the Webroot item back if I was not satisfied with it" then walked away! Best Buy in Lafayette has lost my business!
