Samsung responsiveness to issues is nonexistent

It knocked out the usability for certain accessories such as Logitech's keyboard and they have been nonresponsive. The also wiped out compatability with some apps. Not sure how the upgrade helped. I understand if there are problems but going silent is a poor response. If the issue affected just me I could understand but this is a large spread problem. 100 plus dollar keyboards rendered useless. Update: Samsung rep just told me to go to Logitech and as it was not their problem for the software issue.

A great tablet for a first time user

Great...for about a year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ridiculous thing has stopped charging after less than a year of very light use. After researching what may be causing the issue, I have found multiple sites with exasperated Samsung tablet owners that are having the same issue and are getting no help at all from Samsung. So frustrated right now I could spit.

Returned 1 already second one still doing it. Best buy sent wife home with wrong model. Samsung service is horrible too..phone and inet. Alot of apps won't play on the 12.2 size screen nor will they play with the hardware configuration setup. Sketchbook cannot save larger files without loosing some of the layers. The coprocessors are not fast enough to regenerate the data, It kept happening during gradient commands. The head set jack will not accept some Sony ear buds but it will take other Sony's My Acer Android takes them both. It doesn't like EQ's or third party players being used with apps like Tune in..Things i like s pen with sketch book. The screen, Samsung perks ,encryptions 16 characters front screen then security software for encryption once inside. Lots of personalization. I think with the bloat ware gone and samsung get there head out of there southern region this could get better.

Broke down and unfixable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product was apparently discontinued shortly after I purchased it and when it broke down Samsung said there were no parts available to repair it and therefore it is now about as much use as a chocolate teapot ... fortunately it was insured and I'm going to buy a different unit, smaller and more reliable
