The Note10 is the ultimate device! Even the novice techy can feel like a pro on this device and it's performance is outstanding! Hesitant to call it a phone as it performs tasks and has capabilities far beyond. As it is quite a step up from my previous phone, I was concerned whether I'd utilize the capabilities I was paying for. It has been a painless and actually enjoyable experience! Thank You Best Buy for your Black Friday steal deal that made this purchase possible!

I upgraded from s8 to this phone and its awesome. I love the s pen it works great and I love how smooth it works.

This phone is flat out incredible. The camera is amazing and all the features give you a variety of options.

I absolutely love this phone already, and I haven't even had much time to play with it yet. I took one star away because they took LED notifications away. Frustrating...but I'm sure there are ways around it. Love the new form factor. It's the same size, yet smaller, and sleeker. They claim all day battery, but I am not sure about that one yet. It's fast though. Wow is it fast. I also took away because I lost the expandable memory. Yea, if you get the 5G model you get it back. But I figure it will be a couple of years before the 5G is full main stream....just like when 4G hit. So by then, I will be looking for the note 12. But all in all, this phone is epic.

Love the stylus that fits into the phone when not in use. Battery lasts longer than previous phone.

Excellent phone as always from Samsung. Took about 4 days to learn of the new features and where the old ones I was used to were at. Upgraded from a Samsung S7 to this phone. Not real thrilled about not having upgradable memory (that is with the Note 10+, more money, slightly bigger screen) but I like what it does have and if I run out I will download the data to my computer and start new. Have not taken advantages of all the new features yet.

The battery will last for days. Love the camera. Still trying to learn all the ins and outs of the phone.

Absolutely excellent phone for my wife! She loves everything about it and seems to find out something new about it every so often that continues to impress her, which is enjoyable for me. The form factor is great, the pearl white color looks great with a clear case on it, and the features of the S pen really make you wonder why Samsung is supposedly not releasing a note in 2021...

The Samsung Note 10 is an amazing piece of technology. I absolutely love it. The phone is great which is why I'm leaving a positive review, but I had a huge problem with best buy. I bought the phone on sale and they strung me along for months pushing my delivery back. I had many trips to the store trying to locate my device. And even after all that I still had to visit Verizon to get it set up on my account properly. Also with best buy phones apparently you pay tax on the entire list price of the item even when its on sale...? I didn't find out about that until it was too late. Is this even legal? Sounds like they pocketed a little extra to me.

This phone has great camera, no drop calls. Apps are amazing. And the stylus is like a remote.

I ordered the Note10 256GB Aura Glow for Verizon, the Store Clerk dropped the package in my car yesterday (Curbside Only due to COVID-19 policies) he said thank you, and he left. Instead of getting the Aura Glow I ordered, they gave me the Silver one *Not What I Ordered Best Buy! That is why they only get 3 stars - mediocre care for clients. As for Samsung, I give them 5 stars because the Note10 is a fantastic cell phone, very slim, sleek and fast. One thing to note about the Note10 is that they no longer support a Micro SD Card, but the Note10+ does support a Micro SD card so if you need to have a Micro SD Card then go with the Note10+. For me, 256GB is plenty along with the 8GB RAM. The phone on initial setup has a lot of bloatware you will probably want to uninstall. Since my Samsung Galaxy A51 that I bought from the same Best Buy store 1 week ago decided to fry while I was charging it yesterday, I had to have a new phone and if I wasn't so hard pressed at the time, I would have told Best Buy to take it back and get me the correct one that I ordered. This is why I prefer not to shop at Best Buy any more. Their staff is some of the most uncaring, ungrateful people in electronic stores that I've dealt with in most cases.

I have been a Samsung user for a while now. I upgraded to this phone from the Note 9. I needed a phone where I don’t have to enter my passcode all the time and this phone resolved that with the in display fingerprint sensor. The phone works well and looks sleek. The specifications are awesome with 256gb storage and 8gb of ram. Infinity display looks awesome. Can’t go wrong

Runs like a dream and great battery life! Second Samsung and still loving it.
