I’m an apple type of person always have been but upon the purchase of the Note 10+ all I can say is that it blew the iPhone away..Very Fast and lightweight,the camera by far beats apple as well.Great phone..Sorry Apple I don’t think I’m ever going back..

All of the newer features are awesome and some I didn't even realize it had. I help off getting the Note 9, so I still had the Note 8. Glad I waited. The camera is amazing and I am loving the battery life. I can go almost a full 2 days on one charge.

Upgraded from a note 8. The camera is amazing on the note 10+ along with some great features. Very capable phone. I can go all day one a battery without charge but by the end of the day it's down to 10% I'm on my phone a lot though.

I upgraded to the Note 10+ from the Note 8. I have 3 or 4 criticisms that kept me from giving this 5 stars, even though it is a beautiful phone. The first is I had to get the plus version, because the regular Note 10 did away with expandable memory. No idea why. The second is that the 2 colors I wanted, Auro Glow and white, were only available in the 256gb model, and I really wanted the 512gb, but that only came in black and blue. I hate when they do that as a company. Third, I know I'm old fashioned, but I still like the headphone jack, which has been removed on the Note. I knew that this was the trend, but I thought that for Note customers, Samsung knew better that we prefer choices, which is why we don't buy iPhone. And finally, before I left the store, I asked my sales rep specifically, "will this work with my Samsung gear vr? Because I'm on my 3rd updated one because of phone compatibility issues going back years." He assured me it would. An hour of fiddling, and then finally googling, assured me that it would not. Either Samsung or Best Buy should credit me an Oculus Go 64gb (because that was my Note 8 memory capacity, not because I'm being greedy) as compensation for the hundreds I've spent on vr headsets. And I had to spend an extra $8 on a usb-c earphone dongle as icing on the cake.

I have been a Samsung phone person since 2006 entire adult life, and by far, the Note 10+ is the best one yet. I realize it isn't the latest model, Note or even in the galaxy line, in general; however, I broke the screen, on my Note 9, four days before Christmas. Also, it was literally 1 payment away from being paid off, so i had no intention of wanting to upgrade. There were no good deals anywhere on the new note, which I wasn't crazy about to begin with, or I would have upgraded back in August, when I could have got one for $0 a month. Best Buy had the best deal on the Note 10+ and my phone bill is basically the same price. Everything about this phone either meets or exceeds my expectations of Samsung. I'm happy.

Im and iPhone user since the beginning of the no keyboard smartphone. Bough this one to see what is on the other side and keep up with tech. Really enjoy a lot the screen and colors and the s-pen. My friend a Samsung fan told me to change because of the camera. Well I get that this phone got in a little earlier than the iPhone 11 Pro max and it was the best camera until that day. I bough both phones and done a lot testing side by side as a regula shooter without going in to manual settings ( because I test them as an average user will use it) and face to face its close to the 11 pro but still came second. Still is a very good phone and if Apple is not your ecosystem this is the best phone up to now. because google dropped the ball on theirs and still waiting to get my hands on the new OnePlus

I love the easy user-interface of this device. Well built, very fast, huge memory for multi tasking, durable and dust and water resistant. Very powerful phone and the best deal from Best Buy. I'm glad I did. Have no regrets. !!!

I LOVE THE AURA GLOW COLOR ON THE PHONE I LOVE THE PEN COLOR AND I LOVE THE COLORS ON THE SCREEN AND THE SPEED OF THE PHONE I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A FAN OF GALAXY NOTE PHONES AND THEY KEEP ON SUPRISING ME WITH BETTER AND BETTER PHONES

THE impressive feature in my phone is the fact that the battery power lasts almost 4 days. I use many of the features that make it so helpful...and it "lasts almost 4 days". I couldn't be happier. The camera, also, is fabulous!

Colors on the aura glow are beautiful, big phone yet very lightweight. Camera features are great, very clear and sharp pictures, sound on speakers are very loud and clear. My favorite Samsung phone to date...highly recommend

So much lighter, and faster. Better features with the fingerprint on the front and the S Pen features. Love the new colors!!! It was so hard to choose! Would definitely recommend, coming from an iOS and android user.

I love this cell phone. The features are so advanced and easy to use. The pen is a lot of use to me on picture detail editing. It has very fast processing. No lagging. Best smartphone I ever had. Excellent camera too!

This really is an awesome phone!!! The camera quality is remarkable and the the new features are really really cool. The 3d and AR stuff is super fun to play with. The s-pen works amazingly. Couldn't be more happier.

This is my first Note and I am really impressed. Audio and Video outstanding. Using stylus took me getting used to but I really love the things you can do with it including selfies. Comes standard with 256gb

This was my first new android phone since the galaxy s7 then I haven’t had a android phone since the I switch form iPhone to this so far no problems I like the big screen but sadly I miss the headphone jack :(

This phone has power. Built very solid. I have owned this phone for just 2 weeks. This is my fourth Note phone. 12 Gigs of ram to have multiple apps running and not miss a beat. Great camera. Just amazing!

I upgraded my phone to the Galaxy Note10+ and love it. It is so easy to use, clarity with screen is wonderful. It takes great photos. easy to use with pen or with fingertip.

It's a great phone, it does everything I need and more the battery last all day while watching movies and scrolling through the news it has a great camera that can do more then I know what to do with.

I had the Note 8 previously. Now the Note 10 is even better. S-pen works great, so many different things you can do with it. battery life is very good, no problem getting a full day.
