I always get excited about the newest Samsung phones and then disappointed when I use them awhile. I am not a Samsung person is all. It's a great phone, good camera, good battery life, very lightweight, and the pen is awesome. I just like the Google Pixel better. But if you are a Samsung person, this is an awesome phone. (I ended up selling mine and purchasing a Google Pixel 4 XL and love it.)

The Note 10 is an excellent phone and hits all the points: battery life, display speed, ease of use, and technology. Its drawback is that its many features are discovered, rather than immediately visible. I know manuals are a thing of the past, but one would be great here.

Upgraded from the Galaxy S6, and to be honest, there is no comparison. This phone is amazingly fast, great camera and the s pen function is pretty neat. I'll probably have to get used to using it, but love that it can be used to take pictures when the phone is far away.

I love this do everything phone. It has a great camera, a ton of features, and very stylish. My only complaint about the phone is the battery life. It isn't horrible but it isn't anything to write home about. It easily gets me through the day but that's about it. With heavy use I get a little nervous about it. Overall, the phone is worth every penny. The screen is bright and sharp enough when watching videos. The processor is snappy and never lags at all. I love the camera and all the features packed away in it. The S-pen is a great tool too. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this phone.

Samsung! Os by far the best phone I have ever owned. Simplified functionality and smaller than previous models. Easier to handle. Best phone camera, Takes great shots! Nice upgrade to the stylus pen for even more purpose. Seamless from work to play! Love it!

I have been a loyal Samsung user since the Galaxy S2. After I had the Note 5 I switched to the iPhone 8 plus for ease of facetiming with my kids on their iPods. In less than a year I had gone through 3 different iPhone 8 plus's because they continuously kept breaking and were not able to be fixed through updates of factory resets. I have had this phone for almost 1 year and absolutely love it. The size, functionality and S-Pen are great! The updates to the S-Pen are AMAZING! I didn't use it much with the note 5, but now, it's like every time I need my camera, I'm using it. You can do so much with it! I don't think I will go back to apple after this.

I really like this new note 10. I have just begun learning all the features but it is easy to use and camera is phenomenal. I really like the size and screen is wonderful. I believe given time it will be best phone I've ever owned!

Great phone, terrific battery life. So fast when it comes to opening apps, making phone calls, etc. Camera is awesome as well. No complaints about the phone at all!

Phone is fast, great camera, easy to use. Still finding out all the ins and outs. The edge touch screen is a little hard to use in that you sometimes touch it and cause touch screen issues. Works well.

The best thing I love about the Note 10 is that it is slightly smaller than the Note 8, and it fits perfectly in my hand. Battery is holding up well, and the camera is awesome.

Love the fact it is a bigger screen but the overall phone size is the same as my our previous Note 8. Love the fact that the 10+ kept the sd card slot. Not loving the buttons moved to the left side of the phone. My wife uses a credit card phone case and you now can’t turn off the screen, power off or adjust volume without opening the case...bummer. Screen is really vivid on the highest resolution and it charges super fast! The preorder discount was worth upgrading along with the $150 Samsung gift card! Battery life seems great so far.

nice screen, pen is interesting to use. screen sensitivity to hands is quite bad. the fingerprint sensor cannot be compared with a standalone one. much less responsive, many errors, hard to find on screen. I am wondering if the screen protector that they sent the phone with is the culprit. tons of bloatware, majority of which cannot be removed at all (maybe by rooting the phone, which voids warranty). Pics are good, overall responsive, fast, no freezes, good quality audio during call and nice loud clear speaker. some of the custom software is useful, most is not. phone gestures like shake to flashlight and flip to start camera are nonexistent and require additional apps, which do not work as well as my old motorola. good battery

Have had and used it for one month and love it. Not a single problem so far, fast response, excellent camera and lots of storage. Bestbuy salespeople was great to work with.

upgraded from the 8 to the 10. The battery is lasting all day with heavy WFH use. The camera is great and I love that it is smaller and lighter than my previous one.

Great cameras, fast performance with great battery life. The SPen is supper useful, and getting it for almost half off over black friday made it an incredible value.

The Note 10 is most definitely as good as advertised. It has great battery life, a lot of storage and functions very smoothly for a phone with that kind of complexity.

I had the Note 8 and 9 and for a while and ended up trading them in because they were too big (for me). The Note 10 is the perfect size and includes the S Pen. I know there are some trade offs in terms of screen resolution, lack of an SD card slot, and battery size, but those have not been an issue for me I'm very happy with this purchase.

1. User Friendly interface 2. Slicker than the Note 9- trimmed off the frills! 3. Dont like everything going bluetooth ( but I guess that's just my preference since most devices now are going the bluetooth/ wireless route of connecting to accessories) 4. Camera highly improved over previous Note versions- very easy-to-use software for photo capturing and editing 5. Good battery life

Great if you get a deal but otherwise for the money the 10+ has a lot more features. Bought it for the wife and she loves it. We got this on the bogo sale so although it makes sense to go with the 10+ free is free and it's a much better performing phone with more flexibility than her last iPhone. All an all she loves it and the stylist is an added bonus for her art projects. It performs extremely well it's fast, has plenty of memory and plays beautiful videos and great pics.
