I work 12 hr shifts and I can listen to music and books all night without charging. The camera is so an improvement. Love the picture quality.

Light and the screen is big enough i dont have to enlarge anything. The battery life is longer. I can go almost 2 days without charging it.

This phone is really easy to migrate over to. It takes awesome pictures. The battery holds it charge and it recharges fast.

Upgraded from a Note 5, took some getting used to since my phone was several generations behind. Transferring my data took longer due to that, but once it was done, it's turned out to be a great choice. Phone has a lot of good features, some I will likely never use, but those I do are easy to update. Very happy to have purchased this particularly as it is currently the last Note planned where the stylus is included and is housed inside the phone.

I bought this as an upgrade from the S8+ to get 5G capability. I hated the curved screen on the S8+. I chose the Note 20 because it has a flat screen. I had to adjust to using the side button instead of pressing the bottom of the screen to turn on the display. I still don't know how to use all of the features, but I like it so far.

I finally had to breakdown and upgrade to a new phone. Pre-ordered the note20 5G and have had it a week now and have no complaints thus far. Do wish it had the SD card feature but 128g is enough room

I like the Note series of phones. Upgraded to make sure that i got one of the last ones before they disappeared. Camera is phenomenal. I like that they got rid of the curved screen edges awhile back.

Upgraded from a Note 5. WE moved all my apps and emails, texts etc from my old phone, fairly seamless. I would recommend that you make sure everything is backed up first. I hadn't done a "Backup & Sync" on my Whatsapp for a few weeks so lost a few things on that. This phone has a few new features that are requiring a bit of a learning curve. It took me quite a while the first day to figure out how to turn the phone OFF!!! The next day I downloaded the 200 page manual & learnt how to program the side key to turn it on & off. Haven't tried the camera yet, but it can apparently work miracles (according to the manual). I recommend a case & screen protector as it is very slim & feels very fragile without. However, I got a tempered glass screen protector and it does not allow the fingerprint scanner to work, luckily I also had a pin # for security.

well so far a great phone fast useful and lots of storage space, but no micro sd slot? my kid loves the s pen it works fell but a bit small for me. and the speaker is loud and clear everything has worked perfect so far

I like the Samsung - Galaxy Note 20 5G 128 GB. It seem familiar having previously owned an S10. I didn't have a big learning curve this time around and could pretty much just use it right away. That was the thing holding me back from upgrading. The fear of having to invest a lot of time in figuring out how to use the features.

So far so good! There are a few features that my Note 8 don't have like the single take shot in the camera and screen thumb print instead of using the lense for the camera to scan. Its a bit heavier than the 8 but not so noticeable thay it would be a hame changer. I face it only 4 stars because i havent had it a week yet so I'm still learning it.

Had the Samsung 9 and got this 20 note. Really loving all that you can do with this phone and definitely has a much better camera than the 9. Only down side is it's a little big, but getting use to it
