Started using Samsung phones for about 10 years, this is by far the best phone I have owned. Still learning my ways around it but I think I am going to like it. Next time I can be provide more details.

I want to thank the staff at the Pueblo Colorado Store for all their expertise in helping with the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G 128 cell phone. We are very pleased with the service and getting help in setting up the phone for personal use.

Samsung has delivered again with the Note 20, and BestBuy made the trade-in and purchase seamless and simple. With the protective glass and cases in stock.and the phone on sale... why wouldn't you go to them for the purchase?

Just buy this at sub $800. Cannot go wrong with this one . Other than screen refresh rate at 60hz. I don't see any limitations in day to day use .

Love-Love my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 but am disappointed to hear they will no longer be making them. I have been using the Note since they first started making them!

Love this phone! Best Note yet. I tried to switch to Apple but just missed too many things that the Note can do and just got this one and LOVE it!

Needed a new phone and luckily the Note20 5G was on sale for under $600. Love this phone! Definitely recommend for all the Galaxy fans

This was my first time buying a phone outside of my carrier, and I am very pleased with the experience. Phone works great and they made the upgrade and trade in a painless experience.

So easy to use. Best Buy rep soooo helpful. No long lines to wait in, got service immediately. We never use a different Store, this one is THE BEST.

I love my Note 20. I waited because of the battery issues with previous Notes . There is alot you can do with this phone.

Phone is awesome but fingerprint is way too tempermental. Have to use my passcode too often as the fingerprint will not work.

Not sure I did enough research before buying this phone. I had the S9+. I don't see a lot of differences. You only can use wireless headphones/ear buds. Having to reset all apps is super frustrating.

I had got so comfortable with the s8+ that I forgot what I a new phone feels like. Absolutely love my new phone, plastic back and all.

Purchased this phone to replace my Samsung S9. Felt like an upgrade but only marginal. Probably is not worth the retail price but is a nice phone if you can get it discounted.

So far, so good. The only thing I would change is the fingerprint scanner. On my Samsung Galaxy 8 Active, the fingerprint was on the back and with a simple touch it would activate it.
