Went from a Note 4 to this and I'm happy. Battery life is pretty good screen is nice and takes good photos/ video.

I have loved every Galaxy Note I've had. The pen feature is very useful for me. The camera is good, screen clear.

Love this phone! It works as my pocket computer and takes beautiful pictures.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S7 to the Note 20. I've been wanting a "Note" since they came out, but didn't upgrade bc of the good experience I continued to have with my S7. Four years with it, the battery wasn't holding very long, so it was upgrade time....boy, I am so glad I did! Best Buy had an INCREDIBLE Black Friday deal on them and thats all I needed! I absolutely LOVE this Note 20! I haven't used lots of the features on it yet, but definitely will im sure!! I chose not to go with the "Ultra" bc I didn't think the small amount of different features it offered were worth the price difference. If your thinking about an upgrade, you won't be sorry with the Note 20!

Nice large screen. Always liked the note with the pen. Still learning new features, but do not like the left to right swipe that brings up wallpaper selections instead of bringing up the feature to unlock you phone that the right to left swipe does. If I wanted a different wallpaper, I would manually select it ... normally from pictures I have saved, not from the manufacturer. I think all smart phones in general are way over-priced considering the market that most people own one of these phones.

Battery is awesome, camera is great. Stylus makes it easy and lucid way to use. Overall great buy!

The product is very easy to use with a very long-lasting battery which is what I was really looking for. My only complaint: With a glass screen protector, the fingerprint reader will not work, even on the highest sensitivity. I tried several and none worked.

After recieving the phone 1 month after i purchased it cause Best Buy didn't know where the phone was and many cañls to the customer service line the purchase and wait was worth it. This phone is amazing! I had the note 10plus and i wanted to buy the new Note 20 for my mother. The phone is slick and very fast. Camera is good quality. The pen feature is the reason why I get the phone and not the regular S 20. I highly recommend this phone.

I preferred my Galaxy Note 8 over this phone. The only reasons I got a new one after 3 years with the Note 8 was reduced battery life and screen burn in. I liked being able to press the home button on the Note 8 to unlock it, the Note 20 does not have that feature. I HATE that they removed the 3.5mm headphone jack! I drive a tow truck and sometimes find downtime where I will watch movies and plug an auxiliary cable into the phone because Bluetooth is absolute garbage for watching movies. The sound does not sync up with the picture when using Bluetooth. Worst of all, THE HORRIBLE PLACEMENT OF THE FINGERPRINT READER!!!!!!!! The screen placement of the fingerprint reader means that you cannot use the reader with a screen protector. HORRIBLE design idea!!!!! I have even considered eating the loss on this phone, selling it and going back to my Note 8.

Love my note 20 so far. Purchased about 10 days ago. Easy to use and love stylus. Nice size screen.

I really enjoy this phone and it has received alot of heat for being cheaply made. I don't see it. The last phone I had was a s9 plus and I really enjoyed it this is a huge upgrade from that. I enjoy the flat screen compared the curved on the s series. Battery is excellent after months of use. Only complaint I have is no expendable memory. It does have a 128 gb memory so that is a fair amount. Overall I am happy with this phone.

My old S7 died abruptly and this was the smallest Galaxy phone my Best Buy store had in stock for Verizon that day, and I couldn't wait for an order. I like the phone: great display, wonderful camera, some very nice upgrades like variable text tones again. I am sure there are more that I haven't had time to discover. Cons: it is a behemoth! It is so crazy large, it is much harder to get in a woman's pocket securely, it is hard to hold without a pop socket, awkward to take screen shots and I cannot do it with only one hand, no manual power button and have to use a tiny screen button right beside the settings button, and there is NO micro SD card. That is concerning, as when my old phone died abruptly, the micro SD was the only way I had to save all my old photos, and couldn't put them in this phone. So is a concerning. It is a good phone, but I preferred many features of the S7 that make this phone more cumbersome.

I up graded from the Note 5 to Note 20. I love the phone. Easy to use. It does have more functions than the Note 5 that I am learning to use. I am pleased with how long the battery goes without charging. I do charge every night weather it needs it or not. The note 5 lasted 5 years, hope this one will outperform that.

I was surprised at how much I enjoy the Note 20. I upgraded from a Note 5 and expected it to be much the same, and it is, but much faster. With lots of little improvements such as dimming the screen when letting a game run on autopilot to save the battery. My daughter thinks its huge, I think its just the right size.

I love my Note 20. I upgraded from a Galaxy S9. The way everything transferred over was amazing...it placed everything (all the icons) just as they were on my S9. I never had a transfer go that easy. Since I am an android user, the phone is easy to navigate and I was looking forward to the S pen. I had a Note 4 back in the day and this phone has far surpassed its predecessor.

Love the phone. No problems as reported on reviews. Glad I paid no attention and switched to I phone as advised by friends. Have bought every Galaxy note phone as they become available, the note 20 the best of them all.

I had not purchased a new phone in several years so it took a little adjustment but I absolutely love this phone. It is light, easy to use, and the camera is just incredible. I also chose the green because it was different and I truly enjoy looking at the color every day.

I love this phone. It's easy to use and not to big. I'm an android fan and prefer to use an android over iPhone. Their are several features that I have not learned to use. This is a good phone to buy and I highly recommend this phone for any android lover.

I had an earlier version of the Samsung Note but this new Note 20 is far superior. It seems faster and has more features. I use this phone for everything, even more than my computer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to replace their phone.

I upgraded from a Samsung Note8 that was 3 years old. I have to say that Samsung has made tremendous improvements with the Note20. The main thing that I am impressed with is the new "All Day Battery". I recently used the phone for 11 hours straight. Calls, texting, and even watched 2 movies. I still had 86% battery left at the end of the day. WOW! It did take a bit of time for me to figure out all the features, and I am probably still going to have to learn more. But over all this is a great phone.
