I upgraded to this phone from the S9 plus and I happy with the new features. The camera was the biggest improvement having more megapixels and better features. Only drawback was the lack of expandable storage, 128 gigs still is double my last phone.

Had for over 5 years, never had a case for it. Awesome phone but the battery was wearing down which was partially my fault. Lasted through tons of drops and getting wet and the screen only ended up have one minor crack in it.

Made the switch back to droid. I am definitely missing a few apple features, but I love this phone!!! User friendly and easy to get used to. Love the screen size and stylus too! Takes AMAZING photos.

Size is perfect. Love the flat screen no edges. I've had a note for the past 6 years and this is the best one yet. The camera is awesome and the processing speed for streaming and apps is perfect.

I got this phone purely because I upgrade every year during the pre-order cycle where big bucks are given for the last generation's cell phone and thus I get the new gen for about $300. I think it's worth roughly $25/mo to use the latest tech, so each year I go for it. The upgrades didn't seem that great this year, but I still went in for a note20, which is significantly bigger than the note 10 but doesn't go for a tall skinny look the way the Ultra does. I didn't expect much from it. I was pleasantly surprised at a few quality of life improvements. The buttons moving to the right of the phone are WAY better for people like me who use flip cover cases. On this one, if I close my Samsung LED flip cover case while I'm using google maps and then reopen it, maps automatically displays. On the Note 10, I had to go through the password screen again for it to update to where I currently was, which was problematic when driving. Things I still don't love: The fingerprint scanner is now in the middle of the screen, which, okay. It doesn't really make a difference. But it doesn't read the greatest. I feel like roughly 40% of the time, I'll press it and it'll say "No Match" or "Cover the whole display" or "Press harder" or some other such message. Several times I day I huff in frustration after two failures in a row and just use the pattern to get into my phone instead. This is with Zagg glass on the phone.

Note 20 5G is meeting all my needs and I'm very happy with my purchase! I love the color, size, the camera, the use of the pen, and many more. I wouldn't have anything else.

love the phone, still getting used to all the functions and learning as i go. great screen, responsive - not a fan of no external/expandable storage, but it is what it is.

I really didn't like my old phone but it took good photos so hung in there. I purchased this and I really like it and the camera is sooo much better with many features like panorama and more.

Sound quality not as good as the Galaxy S-9 I had before I purchased this. Processor speed is significantly faster. I don't like that it doesn't have a SD card slot, in fairness I knew this going in but didn't think paying $300. more for the Ultra was worth it.

I held on to the Note 8 for years, but when I bought the Note 20 it was a great decision. BATTERY life is better the camera is UNBELIEVABLE GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE.

I love this phone. It's easy to use and not to big. I'm an android fan and prefer to use an android over iPhone. Their are several features that I have not learned to use. This is a good phone to buy and I highly recommend this phone for any android lover.

Great camera and everything is bettervthan everything else i had before plus the battery last a long time even when watching movies playing games or just listening to music

Such a nice phone; great size, great picture quality and learning curve is pretty short. Only thing I really have issue with is the stylus change. Why did they move it to the other side when it's been on the right FOREVER??? I'm constantly stabbing my phone and one of these days I'm going to crush my stylus tip right off. Stop making dumb changes like that please.

Recently got this phone and I must say its a beauty. The camera quality is amazing. The pics are really clear. I enjoy taking pics. Nice size screen.

Love this phone! Pleasure using every day. Just getting into using the stylus and getting a kick out of its capabilities. The camera is fabulous.

Phone has been great so far, but has no headphones jack. Took 3 1/2 hours to pick it up after black Friday but the employee at best buy was fantastic! I love how fast it is and how big the display is.

I prefer android and this was the last one with the stylist incased in phone. Pictures are great

Best phone I have ever owned. S4 to S7 to Note 20. The pen is amazing. If you are a professional and use your phone for more than a social media, text, and call device, it makes life so much easier. DeX is amazing. Link to phone on Windows machines is amazing. I don't see any better phone on the market that I want. However, a phone is only as good as how you use it to make life easier. This phone is a business phone for professionals.
