I had been waiting to see what deals were out there. Verizon and Best had a promotion that cut the cost of the Note20 considerably. I really enjoyed my S9 plus!! This phone is better, but ther isn't anything that made a big difference over S9. I'm sure there are some people that could find differences, but for me amd my usage, 20 wasn't a wow phone, more of meh phone. Like the stylus!!

Very knowledgeable and respectful, didnt make me feel forced into anything. One thing i haven't figured out yet is where n how to set a factory defalt for all notifications...cant seem to get a ring of notification for anybody who i dont set a custome ring tone.

I chose this over the Ultra version

I always had a problem with the curved screen of my note 8. This phone is the first flat note in years. Also, the S note is very useful for me. If you want to buy a note, I would definitely recommend this one. Oh, almost forgot it. It's also cheaper than the ultra version.

Awesome phone!

This phone does not let you add a memory card so if you need more memory don't get this one. Took a little getting used to to unlock it without a hard key, but other than that it was just like the other Samsung Galaxy phone 's I've had.
