Love it!! Great camara and very easy to navigate.

Most of the functions I had on my old Galaxy Curve are good on this phone. My complaint is - why does it have to be so difficult to figure out how to use this phone when I stayed in the same product line? I still haven't figured out the camera - I'm sure it's better than my Curve but I sure don't know how to use it and NO instructions. I have to go back to BB to get instructions - how inconvenient.

it is a lot more than i really need, and will never learn all of its functionality. I love the pen, to write notes anywhere. the pen does a lot more features, and i will learn them someday. Battery lasts more than 24 hours, unless you watch a lot of videos.

Just upgraded from a Note 8. Almost identical dimensions as far as size. Instead of fixing a broken screen, I purchased this. It's camera and new software are last better than the old outdated version I had. But overall not anything tooo different. I would of waited if my screen wasn't so expensive to replace. I do like the phone however and I got it at a great price.

Went from an s10+ to this puppy. She runs super smooth , loving the 120hz screen. S Pen is fast and responsive. I did return this and get the new s21 ultra only cause I'm not that big fan of the S Pen in the sense of every day usability , but that might just be me.

Great phone just need more memory. The display is super clear

I mostly love this phone, but there are a couple of annoying things about it. The most annoying thing is Samsung and their insistence on their stupid ecosphere apps, including the weird formatting of the bottom launch bar. The phone is great. It has connectivity issues at times. Great camera.

I was not looking to upgrade (was using a Note 8) but I had some mechanical problems with it and thought it would be more beneficial to upgrade than repair it. As usual, I am not disappointed. S-pen is spot on and has always been my favorite tool of the Note. It also took some getting used to the phone not having an earphone jack, but its fine. I use wireless buds and earphones now without any connection problems.

This phone is exactly what I needed. I haven't figured out all the bells and whistles yet. Major bonus is that the stylus stores in the phone. Samsung didn't seem to know that when I talked to them. It's fast and efficient.

Good product but has pluses and minus depending on what you are upgrading from. I upgraded from a Galaxy 6S. The NOTE20 is obviously an upgrade and has some added features but it missed the mark in a few areas like the volume control and power/screen button are on the same side. I hate this because now when I go to shut off the screen display many times I hit the volume button which turns down the ring tone so I can't hear it ring. On the Galaxy 6 I was able to assign different ring and text alert tones for individuals, with the Note20, I can no longer assign test alert tones for individuals.

This is the 3rd in the NOTE line that I've gotten and as before this one is even better than the previous. Smoother opeartion, cleaner look, more features..I'm lovin it.

I have used a galaxy note phone since they were first introduced and I plan to continue using them as long as they make them. My hands are becoming more arthritic and the stylus is a huge help !

This is by far my favorite Galaxy note phone. I love all of the feature on it. Battery last a very long time and it was much cheaper than buying it from Verizon

Upgraded from Note 8. Note 8 was fine but screen broke so I figured with the great deal at Christmas on the 20 Id bite the bullet and upgrade. Basically the same phone. Better cameras. 5g is nice

Love it so far! The Best Buy rep transferred all of my info from my old phone. The phone itself seems to have better reception than my S10+. The camera is incredible and the phone is fast. So far so good!

Love this phone. Crisp and large display to watch movies and TV. Notes capability with the stylus is nice and I have even paired a bluetooth keyboard to the phone that allows me to do data entry.

So far it is a great product. A lot to learn and youtube helps if they would not talk so fast. Someone needs to make a how-to-use video that you can understand and hear what they are saying.

Traded my S9 Note for this and haven't regret it at all. I love the feel and features. Also, love the features of the pen. Love buying from BB over VW, seamless process and no monthly payments.
