Motion smoothness
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.120hz is great for scrolling n gaming. Wish you could have quad HD and 120hz simultaneously but maybe in the next iteration. Fingerprint sensor takes some getting used to as I am coming from a note 9. Love the large screen and the cameras are great! As long as you do a trade in to knock down the price its a win. Just not at full price.

Nice upgrade from Samsung Galaxy S9
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have only had the phone for a few days, but so far, I'm really liking it. Phone is definitely larger than my Galaxy S9, but in no way cumbersome. Screen colors are amazing. Updated camera has so many features - I'm still studying those. Didn't know if I'd like the stylus or not, but after just a couple of days, I'd give it a thumbs up. The stylus tucks away neatly and securely in the phone. (Wish Samsung would have done that on their Tab S4 tablet). There a couple of downsides. One is using your fingerprint to open the phone. I had a screen protector put on when I picked up the phone and then registered my fingerprint when I got home. Because of the screen protector, it seems like it's harder to recognize my fingerprint. It takes a couple of tries before I can open the phone. But the face recognition works pretty well. The other downside is having to simultaneously press and hold two buttons to power off the phone. It's hard to hold down both buttons with just one finger. Although if you swipe down from the top, there's an "power off" button you can touch and that will turn the phone off. But you can't just press and hold one button to power off the phone. But overall, I'm very satisfied with it. Excellent customer service with Best Buy. The associate answered all my questions. Would recommend.

Love it so far.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this phone just over two weeks. Traded my Note 8 in to move up to this new model. Best Buy made this very easy to do. The Note 20 Ultra has been excellent so far. Battery life is very good, the camera takes great pictures and the screen is crystal clear. It's a little pricey, but aren't all the high end phones these days. My wife is an iPhone user and says my Note 20 takes much better pictures than her iPhone.

Best Samsung Note yet
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone is awesome! The pen strokes are very smooth and accurate. I've gotten a lot of use from it so far. The camera is incredible, as is the display. Despite the large size of the phone, the bezels are very small. I like that the front-facing camera is in the screen so that a large top bezel is not necessary. Samsung Dex is great as well, I just wish that there was an option to use the S Pen with it.

Great Phone
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the size and clarity of the screen. The battery life is greater than the note 10. The camera has new features for even better pictures. It’s was easy to move all of my data from my note 10 to my new Note 20. The only app that didn’t carry over my prior saved info was Shazam. The app itself downloaded but the music saved did not come over.

Love it
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only had this phone for a few weeks, but love it so far. I've been an Android user for years, and I'm still finding new things I love about this phone. The camera is great, and having the S pen as a shutter remote is awesome. The battery is great, even after using all day and having the always on display, I haven't had it die on me yet.

So far Excellent
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. Had a Note 9 for over 2 years. Loved it, but was starting to show its age, slowing down, faster battery drain. still great performing. Got an e-mail from Best Buy and saw they had it for $300 cheaper than Verizon had it PLUS they would give me more for my Note in in on trade. Was a no brainer at that point. Getting used to the location of the pen after many years using the right side, and the on screen finger print sensor. A few little things I miss from the 9 like the health monitor, but honestly now that I have the galaxy watch, really didn't use it much anymore. The biggest thing I've noticed is the battery The effeciency of the 865+ and the software lets me get more than a day on a charge. The 120hz refresh rate isn't a huge deal for me. Is nice, but onlly when flpping through things. Glad it adapts to lower rates when not needed. Time will tell as I use it more, probably a bit more phone than I need, but for many years (going back to the Kyocera 6035) i've used a stylus and nice to have it built in. Great phone and just a wonderful Verizon offer from Best Buy that Verizon couldn't match.

Good phone
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just upgraded to this phone from my previous Note 5. So far it works fine and the camera and sound quality are great. Love the big screen! It's also very fast. The only problem I have is that the visual voicemail app stops working. The techs tell me that it has nothing to do with the phone but rather the network. I believe this because they sent me a new phone and the problem persisted. Barring this issue, the phone works well.

What a phone should be!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a Samsung note user since the Note 2. I must say this version of the Note is probably the best they have done so far. Great display, great sound, fast speeds, the ease of use is incomparable. If you have a hard time figuring out such phone to get don't. The Note 20 ultra 5g is the only one you need!

Second Note
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung really stepped it up with this one. The S Pen works from yards away. The under screen fingerprint scanner comes in handy when you can find it. The larger screen is noticeable, but so are the upgrades of its clarity, refresh rate from previous note phone..

"Ultra-Phone"!!!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Before I even get started, I have a disclosure to make: I HATE cell phones. I don't hate the people who use them, I just hate what they do. Texting while driving, and I'm the car behind them -- or worse, being in the car in front of them when they hit the brakes at just a split-second before a rear collision. I can't imagine being so tethered to an object all day that is such a convenience to them and such an annoyance to others. They walk across the street texting and oblivious to oncoming traffic. They stand in the middle of the aisles in the supermarket yammering on their cell phones and wondering why they keep getting the mean mug. WHAT DO PEOPLE HAVE TO TALK ABOUT *ALL THE TIME*?!? I bought a Samsung S9 back in 2019. It came up MIA last summer. Did I miss it? I refer you to my preamble. I didn't care. My wife did. She was concerned about my being out on the road without a way to contact anyone in case of any trouble. But since I *had* to have a cell phone, I'm so glad I settled on this one. I decided on the Mystic Bronze finish and I'm happy that I did. It looks way sharp. I put it in a clear case to show off the finish. Also, since I got the 128GB version, I installed a 1TB SD card where I'll store all of my music and photos/videos. Speaking of photos, there are some who say that Samsung's cameras take photos that tend to be a bit color-rich. I've seen photos of the same subject taken side-by-side with the newest iPhone, and I'd say it's a wash and a purely subjective choice. That said, the Galaxy Note20 Ultra can do anything the iPhone can do, and more. No buyer's remorse here. You probably won't be using the 50x zoom very much, but it's nice that it's there. Focusing is generally quite good. I won't be putting my DSLRs away any time soon, but it's nice to know that I can leave them at home and still capture moments that I might not have. Battery consumption depends on what you're doing. If you have a lot of apps open in the background and are playing memory-intensive games, you have no reason to expect much. I'd say the battery, while not outstanding, is more than respectable. The display is simply brilliant. Words fail me. It's capable of displaying content up to 8K resolution, and of photographing and recording 8K. Sometimes I watch television on it and the picture is crisper or clearer than on any of my HDTVs. This brings me to the sound. Kick in the Dolby Atmos plug-in (found in your settings) and it sounds like you're listening to a surround system. It's amazing when one considers the size and the positioning of the speaker, but somehow it works! As for the phone itself, it does what a cell phone is supposed to do -- make and take calls. The 5G is very nice to have... when it's available... The 5G network is still pretty spotty at points, but you wouldn't even notice when it toggles back to 4G when you drive through Bugtussle or wherever. Overall, this is the first cell phone that has ever made me happy, or as happy as a cell phone can make me. Solid performance on every score. It definitely lives up to the name, "Ultra".

Amazing camera. Great design and function.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Galaxy Note9 that had a cracked screen; it was time to upgrade. I thought I would go with a smaller phone, but after reading and watching reviews, I decided to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G 128GB. This phone feels slimmer and is easier for me to handle without dropping. I purchased a Samsung rubber cover which kept it slim and made it easier to hold because of the texture. The stylus is one of my favorite things about this phone. I often take notes of my phone and love that my writing can be converted to typed text if I need to share it or want to create a larger document that is easy to read. Let's talk about the camera! Everyone asks me to take pictures with my phone because it takes much better pictures than their iPhones. I added a Stretch to Fit PopGrip on it to make it easier to handle when taking pictures without dropping it. The only issue I have is that this phone doesn't fit in most of my pant pockets. But alas, this is a problem I have suffered with women's clothing my entire life. This is a great phone with so many great features. I can't possibly talk about all of them, so try it out. It is worth it.

Best Samsung Phone to Date
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from a Note 8; WOW this phone is ultra fast and looks great! Apps open significantly quicker and having 120fps is a treat. Hated losing a headphone jack but with a micro-USB adapter it's manageable.

PowerHouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this phone. The display is stunning, the S-pen features are really cool, and the device's form factor is pleasing to the eye. I've been consistently impressed with how many apps and take I can have open at the same time with no noticeable lag. The battery does tend to run down faster than the S20, and also takes slightylonger to fully charge, but h heart should be expected, given the number of features. I was carrying a power bank in my bag all the time anyway,v so I wasn't really inconvenienced by the battery. It' be terrible if I didn't though. Other than being aware of, and prepared for, the battery life, this is the best phone I've ever had.

Absolute delight!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this phone!!! I just upgraded from the Galaxy Note 5 and I feel like I just got into a Maserati. Wow! Fast speed, very sensitive pen and the camera delivers fantastic clear pictures. I haven't used the movie function yet but if it's anything like the rest of the functions, I know it will be great. Sound recordings are clear and powerful. (I speak to my daughter in Africa on What's App frequently.) I am inspired to explore the full potential and power of this phone. I am a real novice in the tech field but this phone makes me want to become an expert. Superb experience so far!
