    I appreciate the support and knowledge of product from Kody on helping this purchase take place on a day I wasn't sure was a definite idea. The promotion for my upgrade was a deal I couldn't pass up. Kody made sure everything was taken care of, from switching my old phone over to my new phone and all paperwork complete. Kody even made himself available to go above and beyond making phone calls to make sure the trade in was the proper promotion for my account/phone line even a few days after original purchase.     Great and excellent phone . Best part is it has Expandable memory upto 1tb .cool and nice look samsung note 20 utlra. And till now note 20 ultra has memory card option and can't say about furure samsung phones with memory card slot option.

    Love this phone!! It is far better than my iPhone. I like the overall layout of the home screen and the manner in which the phones works. Having been an Apple user for many years, I find that this operating system feels more user friendly and laid out better.
