Beautiful phone excellent pictures and love the videos

Love this phone taking pictures or great there still alot to learn about this phone but i very happy that i pick this one. You will too.

Samsung Phone is great as always - Awesome phone, camera and it's exceptionally fast and productive. 3 out of 5 is due to the Best Buy sales of this unit. In-store sales quoted a "PowerA - MOGA Bluetooth Controller for Mobile & Cloud Gaming - MOGA XP5-X Plus and 3 month subscription of XBox Live included with each Note 20 Ultra 5G purchased. Haven't been able to accomplish this deal yet or as I'm starting to feel that it wasn't true and/or accurate initially.

Have enjoyed my first week with my Ultra. Seem like I find a cool new feature every day. I do like using the pen. Best Buy has been helpful with explaining start up questions/features. The Galaxy representitive has been very helpful!

Samsung phone are the only ways to go. Android is a better operating system than apple. I normally replace my phone every two years. Samsung makes each phone better and better with every new release.

Customer service was excellent. Pick up went well until AT&T had to be contacted, then had to wait for activation and a few other issues on AT&T's side. Usually buy from AT&T but the deal at Best Buy was outstanding. Enjoyed my experience at Best Buy...will continue to shop there.

Love this phone. Not much of a difference from other notes. So if you have the note 8 or 9 your good. Screen is a bit bigger speed probably a little faster but cant really tell the difference from older model i use to still play games on

Standard Samsung quality. Good display, nice wifi calling, miss earphone plug in, need to use wifi earbuds or adapter to USB C.

This new Samsung Note 20 Ultra is a great upgrade to my Samsung Note 8. I am still learning all the new features. The only thing I am not liking so far is that I have not been able to receive all pre-order promotions in which Best Buy advertised. I am still working with Samsung to receive the $150 Samsung credit which is due to me for pre-ordering this phone with Best Buy. The Best Buy customer rep which setup my new phone was good and very helpful. He was very professional and determined to help me.

Last of the Galaxy Note series. Great phone at the time and still has higher specs than some new phones out now. Almost 2 years and no major issues. Wish they didn't stop making thses.

Great phone, super good quality, great sound, easy access on everything. Never had any issues with it and it's very durable as well. I am slightly annoyed that companies release updated versions so often but I enjoy the note 20 a lot.

We upgraded to this Note20 and so far we like it. I purchased 2 of these phones and its well advanced so I'm learning what it can do, which is a lot ! I am enjoying it so far.

Very seriously upgrade from Note 8 2 Bad this is the last year that they going to make this model it’s going to be discontinued just like the Chevrolet Impala 2020 models

I really like this device especially the green. It is a fast phone from samsung ever. 12gb of ram plus the 120 hzt display makes it so smooth. One minus thing is the battery size of 4500 ma. Oh I do love the build quality as well

I love the sleek design. The classy colors it comes in. Although, with some added securoty of such a precious and expensive device, I do wish it came with a screen protector. Despite having new and improved glassware, for added measure for consumer peace of mind, I would have liked a screen protector. Otherwise, it is everything i could have wanted. I have never had the newest and greatest phone, and i am glad it is this one for me.

I returned this phone in 3 days. It had no LED indicator lights to tell you phone is charging, charged, missed a call or text or if you have a voice mail. To me that is major - afterall it is a communication tool. There is an app you can get to use but rated only fair to work when its supposed to. Beautiful screen.

Great Samsung product. I love the Note line, and for now this appears to be the last one produced. Hopefully there will be a new note the next time i need to replace my phone.

Best phone i owned and i had iphones and switched over to android and never thought about going back and i had this phone for 6 months so far and loving it, bye rip off apple.
