Great phone. Easy to use looks great not that heavy

I have this phone for a week and it started acting weird. The apps are getting bigger 3 in a row. I'm trying to make 4 or 5 in a row but on the home screen their is no homescreen grid to choose its missing. Samsung you need to fixed this. I called and tried for support but the tech can't fixed and suggested that the software problem.

I love my new phone even if I don't totally Understand how to use it yet Lol Going to take a while to get the hang of it I am glad I purchase this phone

The first model I received had a defective camera. Best Buy was able to locate me another model in the same color swapped it out and it has been running like a dream since.

Everything is better than I anticipated. I have received so many compliments on the phone and a few of my friends have purchased this phone after seeing mine. It does not fall short of expectations.

Samsung has done it again i made the switch from Apple to Android while back and ever since then Samsung never disappoints. Still haven't learned all of the tricks but so far I am really impressed

Great phone. This phone replaced my Note 9. Everything seems to work the same except the camera. I'm still trying to adjust to using the new camera. I feel the Note 9 had a better camera.

This is an awesome phone so far! I am still learning its full potential but from what I have been learning so far, I really do like the phone.

Love my phone I upgraded from the note 10 + the only thing I wish it had a screen protector like the note 10 + had and also headphones and a few extra items that came with the note 10+

I don't know were to start! I love this phone.! Had a Note 8 and decided to upgrade was the best decision ever. The color is phenomenal but I had to get use to the buttons.

My favorite phone ever. I wasn't planning to upgrade - getting so expensive, but so glad I did. Note 8 battery life was becoming unbearable.

Internal microSD was a must for me. This phone was the ticket and Best Buy was the place to buy it. With specials and good timing I am paying 1/8 th of what I anticipated.

I am Galaxy Note fan because Note 4 last me long for 8 years and this the device i recommend all who to have also who really wants to carry a small laptop. I love it.

Husband loves it. Upgraded from Note 9. A few differences, such as buttons on different sides, but all in all, a sleek Note phone that we've grown to love.

Great phone with an awesome screen that is fast and bright. Only downside is it pushes the limit with size. I have decent size hands and I have to use 2 hands to type comfortably.

Bought it for myself. I love it. Best buy workers disnt know what they were talking about to upgrade so had to buy and have shipped and did it my self.

The rep that helped me was awesome and the guy phone is everything I thought it would be and more. I’ll definitely be shopping at Best Buy more often!

This is a great phone. I bought it for my wife who drops her phone at least 3 times a day because of handling our kids. She is very happy with it.
