Good phone, BAD ATT 5G SERVICE

I can barely load stuff half the time and it's not even stable enough to message people on it. You can't turn of the 5G or switch to LTE because they disabled that feature. I will return it and switch to Verizon!

I watched 100 youtube video reviews When i finally got the phone there was no factory installed screen protector, no case which comes with the phone which was demonstrated in the pre-reviews. Then when I got the phone the phone had problems connecting to wifi. Apps would not work. Even preinstalled AT&T apps would not work. I called AT&T and they said there was a known issue with commection problems. They asvised that they were getting allot of calls about this. I then called samsung which in turn remote viewed my phone. They concluded that my phone had a hardware issue and it needed to be returned. I called Best Buy to see if they had a 512 k Note 20 ultra and they advised that Samsung didnt even send them enough phones to fill the pre-orders. I bought the absolute top of the line and most expensive phone on the market, and I got a defective piece of Junk I was done. I am returning the phone. I guess I will buy an Apple I Phone from Best Buy
